I am English, I reckon the scenario went like this : they were drunk, got lost somehow, walking around that neigbourhood, they came across the murderer, and he said "what you 2 white boys doing here" he was pissed off about something, they being drunk said something like "fuck off", he had a rush of blood to the head and went to get his gun, they were further down the street, didnt see the gun, gave him the "up yours" hand signal, he shot them.
