do i need オーガ(蓋歐卡)或グラードン(固拉多)for only getting the レックウザ(裂空坐) "stone"? or i also hv to bring both of them to catch レックウザ(裂空坐)?

You only need Kyogre(カイオーガ) and Groudon(グラードン) for getting the "stone" (Green Orb), no need to bring both of them to get Rayquaza(レックウザ). So you can return one of them to your friend after get the orb.
