ppl may not see it but this movie is kind of like the game prototype.

think about it, wikius is alex mercer, they're both alone in the world, they both have beliefs that lead them from paths that others with them travel. they both work for a company in the beginning of the movie/game but by the end they oppose it and are willing to kill personnel from it. they're both infected with some sort of virus that will take long to cure. don't you see how alike they are?

Niell isn't making a sequel. Not yet at least. He says that he would like to make one some time, but for now he's making a script aboout some other science-fiction movie about some war on another planet. Not much else is known about it though.

I believe this music is all property of diffrent brands as the tracks it consists of are from James Newton Howard and Cliff Martinez, some Machine Vandals thrown in.

Non-commercially I don't think the rightful owners would bother too much but, do as you please.

Do you have the music to the latter half of the 2nd trailer? It starts like right when the guy gets sprayed by the alien virus, and the music has that really guttural sounding noise downbeat?

It's been driving me crazy trying to find out who the artist is.

Well, the use alot of Machine Vandals beats, one of them is The Reckoning, but the part I think you speak of, is probably a custom made track. I have not been able to find that particular song, but I suggest you check over at Machine Vandals homepage and listen to The Reckoning.

I have listened to it, it's good but it's not really my style.

See, I've been actively looking for a certain sound and the music in the 2nd part of the trailer... that's it. It's just so aggressive and mean, and kind of scary. The funny thing is I've made stuff on my computer that sounded similar, but the sample quality was terrible.

I would kill for a multitrack of that.
