13 speak english
9 speak chinese with that right there is a total of 22 people already
plus the 2 that do not speak either english nor chinese
that makes a total of 24 people in total so thats what lost me with this probability video

@danimatortae. By mistake, I wrote 12 instead of 19. I stated my mistakes. n(E or C) must equal to 19, not 12. Therefore 9 + 13 - 19 = 3
