I like to use two bags of straight Chamomile and 1 bag of Sleepytime tea for my night time beverage, its very soothing and dosen't bring a deadly drowse on.
I'm drinking a cup of it right now (: and is it just me or did anyone else just get bored and type in sleepy time tea to see if you could actually find this on youtube? lol
