She sounds black and she's British. Why wouldn't it be, LOL. Estelle wasn't even known then & still I am shocked to her it's her cause she is only talking & not singing. To us, Yanks all the Brits sound alike. Can't distinguish one accent from another. Naomi Campbell would just be super cool, I think. Heard another similar song, which had a black female British voice too. I love Naomi Cambell. She is the best of the 90's supermodels.
