Wow, I'm seeing a lot of misinformation here. Allow me to illuminate what I know:

You have the original 7 dolls. Suigintou, Kanaria, Suiseiseki, Souseiseki, Shinku, Hinaichigo and Kirakishiou.

Barasuishou is a fake Rozen Maiden created by Enju to look like Kirakishou.

I thought Shinku's pair was Suigintou, while Hina's pair was Kanaria. Suiseiseki and Souseiseki are indeed pairs. Bara and Kira are only pairs in the anime, Bara doesn't exist in the manga.

I think detective kun kun is based on the Prinny. Shinku was made from the female samurai and Suiseiseki was made from the succubus (in the lower rightmost picture of her). That's all I can recognize off the top of my head...but anyway...
