Emma is very lovely and she looks so relaxed! Mules are so awesome, I used to ride them hunt-seat. I have yet to meet a stupid mule. Plus the ears are extra cute!

WHAT!? LOL...mules are the best trail mounts EVER...and as you can see, can be trained to do anything horses can do under saddle..they even have a mule racing circuit out west! And i know of at least 15 people that use them as foxhunters. Maybe your friends are thinking of donkeys (although they too can be trained to be ridden, and quite nicely, too).

wow. she's huge! but gorgeous. But I would definitely be intimidated by her size despite my love of her ears. How tall are you? You fit her really nicely. You don't look over-horsed at all. or over-muled in this case...
Is jumping a mule different from jumping a horse?

Thanks! I am 5'8", long-ish legs, so that helps! I train her like I would a horse under saddle...just not as much drill required cuz the mules learn fast and remember!
