Purdue Golden Girl wins highest national honor for twirling

Saw that girl trashed at the bars this weekend!

Great twirler, but definitely not someone I would want my kids having as a role model... Saw her at the Purdue vs IU game in Bloomington in 2009 and she was running around in a golden girl jacket very intoxicated. I'm pretty sure she was there with the band so I don't know how that works. Also heard she has a pretty wild reputation around campus...

@BarSpent I was in the band during this time and for that game only a pep band went to IU. I had decided not to go, but if it was required for the Purdue solo twirlers to be there with the band she certainly wouldn't have been intoxicated by any means. She just has a bubbly personality and she's always running around on game days being peppy, its expected of her. You can't have the Golden Girl sitting down in the stands looking sad! As for the last thing you said, who cares? That's college life.

@Milton987 well id just like to point out that college twirlers are some of the best twirlers around the nation. they have worked all of their lives to get where they are today. the college miss majorette competition is one of the most competitive events in twirling there is. if she is so bad, why arent you the golden girl?

i went to high school with her, my sister went to high school with her as the same year (08) and goes to college with her at purdue. i tried adding her on facebook since we went to the same school.. i mean she went to my high school i watched her for 3 years, and just cause we didn't know each other personally doesn't mean ya can't meet someone new. more concerned about making connections than keeping in touch with people who were in her past who she probably thought was nobody. too bad.

That's nothing. I twirlled a baton so fast one time there was a break in the space-time contunuum. Its supposed to be the reason Bush won the presidential election the first time according to some PhD somewhere. It was on all the TV stations.
