I liked the avatar concept but the biggest mistake was releasing it on kinect, there is obviously a niche market for normal customizable online superhero games....but why isnt there a proper one on the 360?

Easliy the best non-dancing/non-exerciser Kinect game in my opinion. Games definitely thin overall but the core gameplay is really fun. Looking forward to the sequel.
