  • Merry CHRISTmas and GOD bless!!!

  • amazing video amazing country amazing cowboys! its the life! Merry Christmas!!!!

  • I love this song and of course the wide open range

  • Pretty nice Vid.Merry Christmas to all Friends of real Cowboy- and Country Music. !!!

  • simple guitar playing stunning clear vocals...great yodeling!

  • A beutiful and natural chrismas hymn.Wow Love it

  • this is very good and restful song i love tthis song :D

  • I though this was a perfect match of song and singer. This version is, in my opinion, much better than JD's. Sorry to all you JD fan but, this is areal cowboy version!

  • WOW! Makes me want to saddle up & ride on out! Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a beautiful song & film. Merry Christmas!

  • 1st one that has done it right! You have the mandolin & guitar, a fiddle for fill-in, bass for "flavor" - just like we have at 3C Cowboy Fewllowship church in Salado TX. Actually we also have drums for rhythm. I play upright bass, and we are doing this song Sunday morning (12-27-09).

I love the yoddeling - don't think any of our guys can do it.

  • I'd love to jump on that horse, STRADDLE THAT SADDLE and screw some sense into that GORGEOUS TALENTED cowboy

    Yee ha!

  • This sounds much more cowboy like..

  • I've gotta say it: if I like a song, I will have more than one version sung by other performers. This guy is good. I like John Denver. He was good. Each song is good. Just different.

  • This was much better when it was done by the person who write the song... ie JOHN DENVER..

    ug this version sucks.

  • well I mean I didn't want to come across as a jerk to the guy, good to see this old song still loved, but it just doesn't compare to the John Denver version.

  • I am a life long fan of John Denver. I first saw him in concert in 1971 and many times afterward. That said I like Wyle's version better. For one thing is rings more true coming from a real cowboy. JD was a wannabe cowboy.

  • Actually John Denver didn't write Christmas For Cowboys, it was written by his band mate and guitars Steve Weisberg.

  • hey!!! ahah rib (wylies dad) hes my neighbor. i was just hangin out with wylie... coolest guy ever... love this song;...

  • Just saw Wylie In concert in Pendleton at Hamley's last week end. Now THAT is a trifecta of cowboy culture...and it was so darned much fun!

  • Wylie is the real deal- what a great Christmas song - thanks! mfoote

  • Great!! Love this version.

  • Toby has worked around livestock when he was young. Now Alan Jackson and dome of the others might be a different story. Wylie is the real thing though and those are probably HIS horses in the background as he runs a big horse ranch on the Palouse in Washington State.

  • Wylie is the new King Of The Cowboys! I bet Toby Keith doesn't even know which end of the horse to feed!!!

  • This is a great version of the song, and I love the video.. what a voice!

  • the horse in the background is shiffing

  • Bra Låt
