  • The young girl in question forgave him--and she's the only one that really counts here.

    Everyone has their faults; Polanski paid a price for his lapse in judgement. Time to move on now. He's a great filmmaker without question.

  • Apparently it's going to be retitled "The Ghost Writer" and it's premiering alongside Martin Scorsese's "Shutter Island" in Berlin next February. And get this: Werner Herzog will be the main judge.

    Polanski? Scorsese? HERZOG? I envy anybody who's gonna be in Berlin next February.

  • Regardless of what Polanski did (which was despicable, let's face it), he's still a fantastic filmmaker and I hope we get to see this soon.
