It's pretty much fantasy that the dollar would collapse any time soon, most likely we'll see some mild inflation due to the stimulas followed by severe deflation. But a collapse is unlikely.
Inflation is the increase in money supply not the increase of prices, increase of prices is the CONSEQUENCE of inflation. There is inflation right now, the people are uneducated.
So... unless the FED wants to destroy more money than they have created they will never be deflation.
The question of when the dollar will collapse is the same question as how dumb can people be to continue buying it knowing that the FED is inflating the money supply.
