@84264491 it depends.. you can remove flaps at 1500 in small planes and in those big planes you can check in the plane's checklist the minimum climb speed and the flaps maximum speed resistance :b

search for "Abacus Fly The Airbus Fleet". I have it too and the interior is a bit lame but they did a fantastic job with the exterior, so it's worth buying!!!
