Yeah, this was a small programming mishap on my part. I couldn't figure out how to launch the car downwards with enough force to quickly kill the target without the car bouncing around like a rubber ball, so i made it so the person would die about half a second after the car had spawned, so he would be dead even if the car was about to "miss" him. You have an acute sense of observation :)
