@IAmLightning247 saw the anotation saying that i forgot almost everything?whatever. i still remember this:you import a bmp file of a sprite pose, not a sprite sheet.you need to have the correct size file, and one for every sprite pose you want to import

and in case its a hack of any sonic game then i doubt it would work

2)you need the pallete to match the current game's pallete

3)select import sprite.(the sprite must be bmp format)

4)save changes

make sure its bin file.make sure to not have the rom used in an emulator.those are the solutions i have so far
