  • Rest In Peace Randy Rhodes I'm only 22 and I think Randy rules

  • Lol, I wanna make a video with pics of Crowley from "Supernatural"

  • awwwwwwasssssssssssssso,mmmmmmmmmmemememmmem

  • OMG i just broke my fucking air guitar \,,/

  • thats so....its just perfect *-*

  • omg make new lyrics!!!!!!

  • @SugarBlossom100 wtf are you talking about?

  • @Monster4rmda559 haha :)

  • i'm not even a massive Rhoads fan, in that I've never really listened properly to his stuff, but even I can tell it's Rhoads. He's so unique in his note choice, shown perfectly in the descending part just after the tremolo picking at 4:00

  • quien ha sido el gilipollas que no sabia leer y le ha dado a no me gusta?? XD

  • NO 1 IS BETTER THAN RR!!!!!!!!!!!! HE PLAYS HIS LIVE CONCERTS THE BEST!!!

  • it sounds really awesome but the keyboard at the beggining is kinda cheesy but bits awesome 1:33 is awesome and ozzy is actually singing good in this

  • Great bass playing, too! Next to Geezer, I reckon Bob Daisley was the best bassist (not to mention lyricist) Ozzy ever had.

  • Still after 25 years nobody can play the second solo correctly.

  • orgasmic!!!!!!!!!

  • @hatross69 after breakin all the rules he stated to suck

  • Randy Rhoads is the best electic guitar player in history! Hands down.

  • @mikeusat yep... combine all aspects of playing guitar and he is on top

  • @mikeusat Zakk Wylde too

  • @hatross69 yes youre right, this was recorded on October 2, 1980. Blizzard was recorded between March and April of the same year, then released in the UK on September 20. it must have just been a mistake by Randy to play that part of the 2nd solo, and I believe I read somewhere that this was he and Ozzy's first show together. perhaps Randy was nervous. and besides even the best make mistakes sometimes lol.

  • @hatross69 in the US this came before Blizzard. it was released in 1980 (then re-released in 1981 as a picture disk), while Blizzard of Ozz was released on March 27, 1981.

  • this song was recorded on the original blizzard tour in england. i believe this was their first show of that tour. this would have been randys and ozzys first time live with each other. thats y it sounds so different

  • That's definitely Lee on drums and Bob on bass. Unmistakable rhythm section.

  • this is fucking awsome i love this version because randy didnt even recored this song yet its not planed out he's just jamming and it sounds amazing

and ozzy sounds different but good.

  • I have this EP as well. Yep, I'm old. Randy accidentally plays part of the main solo in the first solo in this version. He does this on a couple of live versions from this time period, and if you play guitar you've probably done it too, lol. Right around 2:00.

And absolutely it is Randy, and the dates are seemingly overlapping on releases because the UK version of Blizzard was out for a while before this EP and the US Blizzard came out in the US. Cool song, thanks for sharing!

  • Wow this is great,we can notice ozzy's singing just like in black sabbath and randy's not finished solo,he puts some parts of the second one on the first one.

  • I have no doubt this is Randy playing. He was so creative with his playing and often changed solos in the songs when playing live because he was so talented in making such great different solos. I've never heard any other guitarist do that. I think this is one of the best Mr. Crowley live solos I've heard. You can definitely tell its Randy's playing style just listen to all the hammer on and pull offs in the first solo. Its traditional Randy Rhoads!

  • @jayramzbee Dave Murray in Maiden changes solos all of the time, but non com are to the Crowley solo or Rhoads' playing

  • @jayramzbee It is Randy I have the Mr.Crowley picture disc , and it is the man himself

  • doesnt sound like randy, it's not even how he played it

  • @therealozzy1981

it came off of the Mr. Crowley Live Ep album, so it was Randy lol

My theory as to why it was played differently was because of how early on it was recorded.

  • @therealozzy1981 i dont think the song was really finished at this time

  • @Battlehawks57 Mr crowley?, it did come out in 1980 with the blizzard of ozz album

  • this came out before blizzard of ozz.

  • actually it does sound like randy, just early stages, and plus i think he is just now getting used to marshall amps, because in a quiet riot interview, they said he used a peavey with them so it might sound a little different.

  • he played with Peavy amps during the recording of Blizzard too, i believe

  • @therealozzy1981 retard
