Dead Space 2 (I bring this game up bc it was the latest game I bought) was a 9.5/10, 10 being the best. I'd give Hunted a 7.8/10 true story =)

@Eleetnessful 7.8 is fair. Honestly, I give this game a solid 8. I'm on chapter 4 after 12 hours and so far I've only come across 2 bugs. 1 where a cut scene didn't trigger so I had to redo a mini boss battle, and another where a mob got stuck in the environment causing my AI partner to just sit there staring at it until I shot it. Other than that I'm not seeing the issues the critics have mentioned. There was a patch on day 2 or 3 after release so maybe some of the glitches were fixed.

@BlindColor360 ONLY 2 bugs? I've had the same 'cut-scene-didn't-trigger' problem that's unacceptable man. These developers are supposed to check the game inside and out for these bugs before putting them on the shelves I actually give it a 7.0 now ign gave it a 6.0. The aiming system is broken too bc the enemies move around too much so you have to press L2 every second to readjust your auto-aim and even when your crosshairs are clearly on target it misses most of the time

@Eleetnessful Well what I mean by bugs are glitches that actually halt gameplay. Sure I've seen instances where my character jitters on certain obstacles, or things like the camera not angling up correctly when sprinting up hill, but those aren't game breaking. You're right, The cutscene thing needed to be addressed pre-release. Aiming is different from most shooters, but the targeting reticule clearly turns red when you're lined up correctly. Run and gun is actually better than most other games

@BlindColor360 If you've played Hardcore mode your character dies barely any damage and they do unblockable chain-combos that kill you so that's another problem with the game -- the only reason I'm still playing the game is bc there are no good games coming out until October

@Eleetnessful Yeah I'm playing through hardcore right now. Those combos are best avoided all together than trying to block. That's what the dodge button is for. Honestly, I've only died twice, and that was from an instant kill during a chase sequence. I didn't know which way to go and got smashed. Granted I'm only on chapter 4, and have only played as Elara so usually I'm out of range of melee attacks. I agree with you on the whole lack of games thing. It was either this or Red Faction.

Bethesda is publishing it, but inXile Entertainment made the game. I'm going to wait for the reviews before I decide whether or not to buy it. Skyrim is definately a buy and Rage is a probably buy.
