Ну что ж не могу не согласиться что композиция The Cars - heartbeat city (Город где бьются сердца или просто город сердцебиения) самая лучшая в этом альбоме. Начало этой композиции влюбляет с первых минут ее прослушивания (в этом вы правы)

в России именно эта песня завоевала наибольший успех.
