of course she is lucky. acting is not just about talent- it also takes a lot of luck. there are 1000s of talented actors in this country that are out of luck. and dont forget- the only reason carey got access to film auditions was because of lucky contacts through her headteacher. without those contacts- carey would not have made it. in acting talent is NOTHING without luck
She so deserve to win for this roll.. The five of them are good but shes the better without a doubt!!! Meryl has the best one after Mulligan, not Bullock!
