  • Hi Charles. What I mean is. When a person has a panic attack you have to STOP and select Flight or Fright. In our brains at this very moment we have these 2 options. My personal remedy is to FIGHT stop and take charge. What do I feel? yes had that, yes had this a thousand times over 18 years, in effect what your concious brain is doing is returning each feeling to the sub concious part of the brain untill it can't run away with you, you have it, it doesn't have you!

  • As you correctly say anxiety is a sub conscious habit but again destroys our channels leading to our logical part of the brain I think this is why The people who dont want to get better have maybe tried and failed and given up, its a bit like giving up smoking, your brain will play all sorts of tricks to get you back on them again you have to learn to ignore Flight feeling and understand the "Fight" feeling and use it.

  • Our research and belief isn;t that any 'channels' are destroyed... understanding anxiety is, of course, very importantly, but I am unsure what you mean about using the 'fight' feelings. In anxiety disorders, fighting the anxiety is massively counter-productive.

  • I bought the Method yesterday, If possible, what part of the system would I use first to address immediate symptoms of anxiety, nightime fear of being alone and accompanying sighing, trying to catch breath--and, sleeplessness? Thank you!

  • This method works! Over the past 5 months, I've seen my daily anxiety levels dwindle to practically nothing. I haven't had a full blown panic attack in 2 months at least. My next challenge will be to see if my claustraphobia can be handled on an airplane. This will be the real test and the next step in living a life filled with freedom!!! Thank you Charles, you've been such a supportive and wonderful champion to me and countless others out here!

    I bought your metod, and i do it whith all of my heart, I belive in it, but i become with the metod in january and my panics atacks stay with me. Can you subtitled your videos in spanish, plase, if you can´t in spanish, subtitled in english or italian.

  • im 16 and i think i have derealization? is this normal for my age? i also have anxiety and parinod thoughts i want to get better but i dont kno how, where can i buy this besides online?

  • No anxiety symptom is normal or acceptable unless REAL danger is present! BUT if you have derealization, you need to address it. When you say paranoid thoughts, do you mean inappropriate thoughts such as harming yourself or others or doing something you know you'd never do? OR do you mean you suffer from paranoia? There is a big difference!

  • when i say parinoid thoughts i mean i think theres drugs in my food and water when of corus theres not (i never think about harming anyone including myself)
