There are three sides: in the first one are the true blackers, like Darkthrone and Satyricon, on the second one, there are melodic blackers, softer but still extreme, like Dimmu Borgir and Stormlord, on the third side there are extreme musicians who DON'T play black metal, but use grunts like them, like Cradle of Filth or Children of Bodom.
