That's weird. I was watching another Coraline behind-the-scenes video and it featured John (Hodgman?), but it read 'John Linnel - Father/Other Father' on the bottom left-hand corner.

John Linnel did the singing voice to the Other Father Song. He's a member of the band "There Must Be GIants", who were hired to write 10 songs, but only the Other Father song made it in. But John Hodgman did the speaking bits.

I just saw this movie a few days ago and thought it was amazing. I had no idea that Jon Hodman did the fathers voice. I love his books, and hes great on the daily show.

Nope, that was John Linnel of "They Might Be Giants". Their voices actually do fit pretty well together though.

No, it's John Linnell. Heh, I had the same kind of confusion too. I actually thought Linnell voiced him for the longest time xD But it is surprising how many animated films have characters with two voice actors - one singing and one talking.

Wish my dad was like hers. Even if he IS embarassing. My dad just yells a lot and talks in this deep voice that scares my friends. I'm serious he DOES that! Hi laugh sounds evil and he's almost always mad. Where's my other father? XD
