They were absolutely amazing, I hadnt ever heard of them until this show. Now they are one of my favourite bands. Besides Coldplay, they are one of the only bands that I find the live versions better than the recordings.

You're very welcome! I'm told Elbow are taking some "downtime" for a bit (I guess they toured a lot leading up to this), but FYI, the lead singer is doing the guest vocals on the upcoming Massive Attack album, so they're still at work & will surely be back eventually. :)

Thanks! I figured getting shots of the stage AND of the huge screen would give a better idea of the show than just focusing on the distance between us and the band. :) They played...six songs, I think. I'll try to find a set list!

Thanks for posting this - I went to the show just to see Elbow, and they were amazing! It's a pity I was in the 500s though so the band looked like ants :S

Very welcome! I was in the 500s, too - thank goodness for zoom lenses and jumbotrons! I'd love to see them in a smaller venue, like the Mod Club or even KoolHaus. Maybe next time...? :)

I really do hope so! I scoured the area around the Rogers centre for a few hours before the concert to try and meet them but never managed to find them.. I hope Elbow come back to Toronto soon
