the first game is incredible, altho this second one looks like its ganna have a different story, so you dont need to pick up the first game to start playing the second one, but i recomend it cause its so awesome, i never stopped till i got the platinum trophy!

The co leader of Naughy Dog stated that you dont need the 1st one to play the 2nd.....but if you want you can get it used at gamestop for 15$....Uncharted 2 releases Oct 13th.

Pick the first one up, its cheap and really good and it will atleast slightly help in the story for Uncharted 2

i hated killzone 2 lol but i didnt like uncharted 1 like i LOVED the environment and the gameplay and climbing. but i hated the fact that you have guns! this game would be so much better if you had to use stuff you FIND and find creative ways to kill your enemies with what you have still and okay game tho id give it a 3/5 but i didnt like killzone 2 because it was just a little too unrealistic and everyone died the same and there was no real gore
