I just the whole movie....then I researched on what the real life case was...

Apparently in 2005, at Inhwa School for the deaf and mute (in Gwangju, Korea), the exact events happened. The principal and other staff members raped and abused these children. And all they got was 1-2 years in prison. That's it. Afterwards, they were free to do whatever.

There was no justice. Thank god for this movie-now there are many people out there worldwide protesting and wanting to open the case.

The movie is really heartbreaking...watch it if you want to, but u'll be left with this uneasy and angry feeling. Worst thing is that that this movie only showed one tenth of the truth... the real thing was much, much worse.

I want to see it. But I live out west and we never get anything like this in our theaters. We got Gantz but it was dubbed. So I hope this hits DVD soon. With a special needs brother, I shudder every time I hear stories like this. These sort of things aren't people. They're not humans. They're below that. Children with disabilities and special needs need to be cherished and loved, just like every child out there. But instead, just because they can't cry out or express themselves, they're taken advantage of. "People" that do these immoral and unethical acts shouldn't deserve to live, period. Despicable.
