It's not a language. It is only vocal sounds. She teamed up with Karl Jenkins in the production of "Adiemus" in the 90's, and with Jenkins at the helm, produced the Adiemus collection. In the collection, several songs with vocals are not a language, but are made up vocal sounds to accompany the music. Look up Karl Jenkins and you will see and understand the music that he and Mrs Stockley put together. She also carried that style in some of her solo work, this being one of them.
