Very nice use of photo editing and a genius idea to use the puppet tool in AE for the facial expressions. I still can't see how you made the eyes but I would of made a eye in 3d and textured it to the persons eye and import it in to AE.

Haha I am actually in love with this incredible, all the images are from g%gle :D and if someone buys me CS5 for My birthday(hint hint) I hope to be able to make something like this. Very close to looking 100% real the movements need to be more fluid and randomised small movements in the lense and background make things more real. :D dude much love and good luck.

OK, so I'm rather blown away by all this - what software is used to "wrap" a still image of someone's face around a mesh so it can be animated?

Also - how was some of the cloning done? Backgrounds especially - where they created from a single still image or many frames each with a small portion of the total background visible?

I was watching that thinking well thats got some animated effect on it. But all made by yourself, very nice. Great skills. Best fake anything i've ever seen. One fault however, you need to put "Fake" or "Fan-Made" in the title, I want to actually see if there is a trailer for the Christmas special out there, and spending my time watching fan-made stuff is of no use to me.
