  • Are there any doctors in Miami you recommend who use silicone injections please reply back thank you

  • How big can you make my lips?

  • if she can take the pain so can i! doing it!

  • Is it painful?

  • @ItsHelenBitch We apply numbing agents to the area to make it as comfortable as possible. Most patients do not feel pain during the procedure. Thank you for watching our video!

  • It is a very big difference, we produce natural hyaluronic acid found in our eyes, umbilical cord and skin while the silicone is produced chemically. Restylane and juvaderm contains natural hyaluronic acid.

  • Norma, the difference between silicone and other fillers is that silicone is permanent. I have silicone filler in my lips, it looks totally natural as I asked the doctor to inject only enough to slightly enlarge my upper lip. (I have very small lips, so more silicone would make me look like Donald Duck)

If you never had your lips done, I recommend to start with a temporary filler like restalyne, so you can see the result and decide if you want to have it done permanently or not.

  • what is the difference with silicone injections and other type of injections

  • she has well shaped nose. did u create that for her? if so good work:))

  • if not then most likely the patients wouldnt want to come to you for that reason

  • dr mike could u please tell me whats the cost of a lip augmentation?

  • @msmusiclover18 Thank you for your interest in the silicone lip augmentation. Cost really depends on the size of the patient's existing lips, but it is roughly below $2K. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions!

  • The muscle tissue w/eventually expel the silicone, there will be shifting and movement. The shifting happens when your body forms capsilation around the foreign element due to illness, or allergy. One or the other will eventually happen.

It will look good for 5 years tops, but when that person has their teeth cleaned, or gets some kind of infection.

Lumps always happen, that is why its been banned in the USA with regard to this procedure.

  • @MsBelleSinger Fortunately after almost 10 years of using this product, I have not had any problems with this issue. Interestingly, we do not inject silicone into the muscle. I am sure if we did, what you have stated would come to pass. Thank you for your interest in our Youtube video!

  • @MsBelleSinger I think a lot depends on whom is injecting the silicone. I am transgender and had my hips/ buttocks done by Dr shiftman in New York city in 1979 at the age of 19.

That was "31 years "and I have never had any problem. Yes, I have seen problems with lips especially in the Transgender community but when it is not done by a Dr and not done in micro droplets. I am not saying that their are not problems but for me, no problems at all in the body.

  • if you can inject siicone can in ensize it ...."cut" it out ....get it out ?

  • @havenization We have never excised silicone before because we inject it properly. Thank you for your interest in our Youtube video.

  • Thank goodness I was born with natural big plumped lips!

  • does that hurt!?!?!?!?!?!

  • The Food and Drug Administration has not approved the marketing of liquid silicone for injection for any cosmetic purpose. Injected liquid silicone can move through the body, causing tissue inflammation and discoloration, bumps and deformities. The government prohibits manufacturers and doctors from selling it or advertising for it.

  • @Gitta74 this is spetial silicone that is not the thick thing u think,it just makes litle tisue inflamation and as result of it your own tisue grows!listen 2 what the doc is saying!!!

  • the after mouth looks misshapen.

  • JESSICA BIEL!!?!?

  • I was thinking exactly the same XD

  • was that really7 worth it?

  • what if you have thin lip, because injecting increases the volume of your lips but the area will still be small, if you know what mean

  • Ive had 2 mls of Aquamid in my lips, its natural & lasts around 10 years though I do have a friend with silicone & they are also fine.

  • I was told that you can have problems with silicone even grade medical and even injected by an experienced doctor. I was even told this by a dermatologist who used to do it for like 15 yrs and he stopped because he said that there are people that can have problems with it. Especially he said if you have dental problems, even if those problems were fixed. Like fillings and crowns or even implants and stuff like that. Is that true? TY

  • Please dont go for silicone you get a lumpy lip , use juvederm

  • How much would each session cost...Im dying to kmow lol

  • how long does silicone last

  • What are you thinking of having done?

  • he is a doctor? he looks like 18

  • I love silikon 1000 !!!

  • why is she getting them when her lips are already plump?

  • This woman had beautiful lips before.. she only "enhanced" them.. They actually look very good!

  • black women lips lo0oks nice

  • some of them. so do some white women's, hispanic women's, and asian women's, and so on and so on...

  • i think her lips are very nice and this doctor is great!! but my friend did her lips and ten years after they look terrible!!! it looks like they are broken in peaces>>little bumps!! so sad

  • i didnt c a difference..

  • where are you located at ?

  • I wouldn't risk silicone, because even the best silicone tends to harden over time and shift. I'd go with a temp. filler like juvederm or restylane.

  • SarahLee,

This is not true! If silicone is injected by an experienced provider, you will not experience this adverse events. I have silicone in my lips and smile lines for 10 years now. It is not hard. None of my patients are yet to experience this phenomena.

Thanks for bringing this to light. It proves that not every provider should be trusted with something so enduring.

  • @escobedoskincenter mike u r sooo f.....g hot and clever.if i would live there i would come and let u do stuff 2 my face just 2 b able 2 feel your hands.what a luck u r not my doc.by the way dr.pitanguy was and it was worth it!and he also used silicone on my lips.i now do all by my self with conjonctyl and 40mg/ml HA.can u show how to do those nice cheeks like y-face thing, please?u r sooo good!

  • @escobedoskincenter ..are you trying to say it is the injector and not the product? also, this stuff will allow for your own collegen to form to it ...correct? so ...as this happens your area of injection will change .. if it is injected into the forehead or chin etc..you most likely will get lumping. you are basically saying you havent had to remove. are you a surgeon with experience in plastic surgery? if not..then why would anyone come back to you to have this done

  • @escobedoskincenter not EVERY provider should be trusted to do the injections period. i would recommend only going to a DR. of Costmetic Surgery. ..plenty of plastic surgeons will tell you the truth about these fillers. this doctor would most likely not tell any of us if he has had unhappy filler patients.

  • @bbush1968 There are only a handful of physicians that understand the dynamics of silicone therapy. I agree that one should seek an experienced provider. I have trained with a physician who used silicone therapy for over 20 years who was trained by a physician who used it for over 30 years. I personally have administered silicone for 10 years. I feel the training I received was outstanding, and my patient results speak for themselves. I've NEVER had a negative patient outcome with silicone.

  • @bbush1968 The key to success if with silicone is patient selection and patience. I administer multiple treatments over a long duration of time. Unlike adulterated or black market silicone done in hotel rooms around Texas, this is medical grade silicone not automotive grade.

  • @escobedoskincenter

If I have trouble, what treatment options do you offer (Kenalog, excision, etc.)?

If no treatments are offered at your practice, who can help me if I need my lips reduced or the silicone removed?

Also, just because medical grade doesnt mean its good to inject in humans?

  • @bbush1968 True. There are medical grade fillers that can cause adverse events in any patient at any time for any reason The point to keep in mind is that experience matters with any medical procedure.

Any problem may be addressed surgically or medically.

We have noticed the rise of black market products in the last two years. It's sad because people are responsible for propagating this under ground crime. Without an end user the product does not have chance of surviving.

  • @bbush1968 I am still amazed at how many wealthy females will actually have adulterated silicone injected into their bodies to save a few bucks. It happens. I see quite a few individuals who have had bad silicone jobs, and I usually always have the same response. Why did you do that to yourself? Thanks for the comment!

  • I agree. And if you don't like the result you can have it "deactivated" at the doctor's office or just wait for it to go down. A mistake with silicone is forever. I'm not sure I'd risk it, even with a skilled surgeon.

  • I agree with you Sarah, I got my lips done about 3.5 years ago with silicone and now I wish I would have never done it. They don't look bad but I should have definitely researched it so much more. I do have a slight like little bump inside my lip i think its from the collagen. But they look fine, I actually get alot of compliments on them, and no one knows they are injected. I am just worried about long term effects.

  • Its easy when her lips are already beautiful

  • Ive seen some nasty lip augmentations but this was very natural and gorgeous.

I have a huge bottom lip but a small top lip and Ive always wanted to get it corrected but im afraid it will look fake, and be extremely costly.

  • i can never tell the difference

  • her lips are sooo pretty.

    how much dose that cost?

  • Medical grade liquid silicone when properly injected created a sustained correction without complications or adverse events.

I agree that non-medical grade or improper technique may lead to a multitude of unwanted events.

Its not the about the product, its more about the injector. Use care and diligence when seeking a provider.

    Thank You!

  • Doesn't the girl in this vid look a bit like Scarlett Johannssen?

  • The procedure is not painful at all. The patient did have big lips to start with, we just enhanced and smoothed out the borders. You can see she has a fuller lip line, before it was thin.
