Idk how old you are, but in the summer I'd recommend replacing school with a job, or something to keep you relatively occupied during the day - cuz who doesn't love extra cash?? im an insomniac so this is basically how my life is. i dont take medication currently but id suggest lunesta. and if your a druggie take 4 shots of cold medicine. also if you dont exercise already you might want to it helps release energy that you may not even feel like you have.
here is a skill i built its called "forced sleep" its where you try to sleep and just force your self to stay asleep ive done it 17 times and it hasnt failed me
I ususally went to bed around 9 when I was younger but ever since I hit my first growth spurt, I don't get sleepy till 11 or later. And my parents wake me up because I sleep from 12-15 hours a day.btw just practice getting up early 2 days before school starts.
You could try all natural sleeping pills, I got insomnia and I've had it since gr 8 and I'm currently in 11, I can't stay asleep for very long or even sleep sometimes and Fall asleep at like 3 pm next day or later/earlier, they do help and put you out in bout half an hour, I tried and I started sleeping better, it may take a few days or a week to fix your pattern but it should work
Try stay awake for a full 24 hours till it's around 9 or whenever you go to sleep, you'll be so tired you'll sleep whether you want or not and your schedule will get back to normal. :DD
if you want it back on schedule, dont eat for 12 hours, your body runs on energy rom food so your sleep "clock" is connected to your food "clock", basically what youll be doing is pressing the manual reset on your sleeping pattern where you will make up at like 6-7 AM and go to bed at 9-10 PM, so dont eat while youre awake and drink water to kill your appetite. so you dont feel hungry, if you piss a lot its cleaning your body so dont worry about the water. JUST DONT EAT FOR 12 hours.
You have to get at least 20 minutes (longer is better ... yeah, that's what she said) of sun light to reset your circadian rhythm. Go out in the morning for a walk or something. Do not stay in a closed room.
You have a sleeping disorder.. You need to see your doctor..you can damage part of your brain and start to halusinate..Ine way to solve this problem is to..Stay up for 24 hours.. Go to bed at the time you would like to got to bed at (10-11 pm).. Wake up at 9am.. Set alarm clock..

Well... I have a rather weird job-schedule making me sometimes have to come in to work at 7am, other times at 4pm, so the thing I do to keep my sleep pattern in check is actually forcing myself awake until a set sleep time. This occasionally means passing sleep for 24hrs, but the end result is reliable sleep.

It's simple, set an alarm? That's how I keep my schedule in line. Been waking up at 7am every day, no matter what time I fall asleep. Try going to bed at 10pm (I know I sound geeky) and waking up early, you will feel really refreshed.

Lol dude I have this problem haha I dont sleep since I graduated it seems I rarely sleep and if I do its only for like probably a few hours like last night I slept from 7am to 4pm and now Ill be up all night. I miss my meals too haha. School was decent for more than I thought :L

Hey guys I know theres a lot of people going around doing this, but you guys should go check out "That1guyNRG" Hes a new commentator that is planning a lot for his channel. He is gonna be posting daily and doing a lot more then just black ops gameplays. He just asked his subs what they wanna see and is gonna be using there ideas. Hell be doing zombies mw2 and cod4 as well as black ops. He is communicating with his subs a lot to. I think hes worth checking out. He has around 200 subs that agree.

Well... I have a rather weird job-schedule making me sometimes have to come in to work at 7am, other times at 4pm, so the thing I do to keep my sleep pattern in check is actually forcing myself awake until a set sleep time. This occasionally means passing sleep for 24hrs, but the end result is reliable sleep.

It's simple, set an alarm? That's how I keep my schedule in line. Been waking up at 7am every day, no matter what time I fall asleep. Try going to bed at 10pm (I know I sound geeky) and waking up early, you will feel really refreshed.
