If you want too see another video of True flight throwers check out my video. Its Knife Throwing Montage With Various Stles by knifethrower72194. I throw overhand, backhand, underhand, and two at once.
you have a strong throw, but i think you may be throwing the knife the wrong way. keep your wrist completely straight the entire time, bring the knife behind your back, keeping your elbow straight, facing your target, (keep arm straight when you pull back to throw), and throw the knife, releasing right before your hand is back at chest level. work on this some more, and i guarantee you will get better. over all, good job, there were some good ones in there, keep practicing
@PPMcky yea he's spinning it, he should try to use the no spin technique, which is what i have been able to get up to 10 feet with, with that same knife
@kaskrinmasland No spin is good and all, but in marine training, they teach you spin throwing because its faster. With no spin, you need to draw, position, aim, flick your wrist (which decreases velocity due to friction sliding on the spine of the blade). Spin throwing is harder, but its a combative teaching. Im able to do 15 feet 1 1/2 turn or so.
Since you have a camera, I'd suggest zooming out and getting both you throwing it, and how well it landed (or record in a note book the target) and then you can see almost exactly how you held the knife and followed through, etc.
The second and third throws were excellent. When you get a perfect throw like that try to remember how you were holding the knife and how you threw it. Pretty soon you;ll be sticking it 9 out of 10 times.
thx for your comment antille and shotgun pol, very appreciate. In fact this is happen for real but it was just my second session of throwing knife in my whole life.
wow i guess this happen for real , i saw on the vid. The guy is 2 on 4 with the knife , not that much impressive ! I think Crocodile Dundy would not miss any throw , but xjux whatever you are, continue to pratice and someday you will be great to thrown knife to ventriloc !
if you take it out like that youll bend your knife tip. slowly nudge it out

plywood is not a good throwing knife target. Try a log from a moist tree.

@PPMcky That's not how I throw, but yet I can hit the target every other time.

A bowie knife has a clip point. This does not. Ergo, it's not a bowie knife.
Bowie knives, incident, are pretty easy to throw.

Nice throwing, it's the design wich is terrible. For god sake it's a bowie type knife.

Just an idea that I plan on using.

a little advise that worked for me;
try concentrating on a special point on your target, not on the throwing itself :)
