  • this is no "GATLING" Gun.. By any stretch of the emagination

  • Don't tell me you haven't tried hooking a cordless drill onto that thing...

  • I want to buy .22 minigun

  • for 800 dollars ill just turn my 10/22 into the sickest target rifle. if i want a fast firing 22 ill get a BMF activator. it connects to the trigger guard and hist the trigger 4 times for every 1 turn of the crank

  • Is it legal to gear up the crank so one turn will equal 10 turns of the cam shaft?

  • @pietzeekoe yes. because it is still pullin the trigger for every shot. Now if u replaced the crank with a gear and put a motor in it with another gear, and it was activated by a switch, that would be illegal, because the switch gets flipped on once and does not stop firing till turned off, "full auto" as far as ATF is concerned

  • @whoremonkey15 lol!!!!!!

  • well that was interesting weapon except it's not really gatling gun it looks more of a simliar weapon called the Agar gun or coffee mill gun because it used the hand cranking system and a single (or in this case double) barrel but in other words cool weapon

  • lame

  • how cool a machine gun that can be purchased by civillians,i love that gun i dont know why so many people hate it because to me its just one of the collest things ive ever seen nice vid

  • chuck norris pistol

  • ugly, and stupid

  • lol get two of the 50 round mags and you are set

  • doesn't look like it gattlings to well

  • AA gun for crows

  • Thats got to be the most hokey thing I have ever seen. What a waste for a couple of good rifles.

  • it seems as if 534 people pressed the wrong button

  • Comment removed

  • Ok, so from what I can see, turning the crank causes that horizontally mounted bar to oscillate back and forth on Y axis - the bar is somehow connected to the triggers so that when the bar moves forward/toward one gun it moves away from the other gun, thus pulling the trigger on the gun it moves away from. Is that about right?

  • @xekul

no, there are just two cams..

  • @xekul thanks, i see that now. i really want to make a 6 barreled version of this.

  • if i had the CAD skills and a machine shop i would love to build a 6 gun variation of this with the guns mounted in a hexagon pattern - also a gearing system so that one turn of the crank would fire more shots - get that sucker to where it has a rate of fire like an MG42 or a SAW.

  • Does it shoot cheerios?

  • For any of you who think this isn't a gatling gun you are wrong. Might only have 2 barrels but the basic principal and machanics are the same.

  • @503Gerry its not a gatling gun, a gatling gun has multiple barrels and only one receiver, and the barrels pick up and fire a round when they come back around to the receiver, so technically this isnt a gatling gun, but still really cool

  • is it possible to add a small motor to the crank legally? just wondering

  • @laderspike

    no

  • @laderspike The ATF had rules that as a Minigun, and will land you in prison for 10-15 years.

  • @laderspike what about a tactical hamster on a magpul excercise wheel?

  • @HYBRIDCOMBATIVES

one round fired per hamster stride? it would be interesting to see that one go to court

  • @GunWebsites I am not familiar with hamster case law in regards to BATF concerns.

  • @GunWebsites What if I hold it full retard elbow lock and twirl it with my wang?

  • @HYBRIDCOMBATIVES I think the magpul exercise wheel would be great since I just finished watching art of dynamic exercise wheel

  • ive seen a mod for a nylon 66 which adds a crank on the side with a belt coming out of the front of the stock...if anyone has seen it and knows who makes it id like ot know

  • Thats a great looking range.

  • Put a drill on the crank.

  • @spurrit And get yourself sent to federal prison for construction of a minigun, by ATF ruling. Great advice.

  • just curious would it still be legal if you hooked the crank up to a pedal then you can keep both hands stabilizing the gun

  • @ogctom

cool 900 comments and you are the first to suggest that.. never seen such a thing but that would be pretty cool if you could get it to work

  • @GunWebsites you didn't answer his question... a pedal would still be man powered, so it's legal, right?

  • cool set up but cam looks awkward... like it needs better machining. Also Youtube sucks for putting ad in middle of vid.

  • You say this is $2, but it looks more than $2.

  • @saik0pod we was refering to 2 dollars worth of ammo.....bass pro used to sell one simmilar to this one for around 250 but i think the tree hugger sgot to them because i cant find it in thier store or on thier website anymore

  • complety legal well maybe not in california. Damm california.

  • Dear Santa...

  • all you need is tracers and you got a mini AA gun

  • thats just a waste of money

  • Using 2 22 Intratec's?

  • hook a 12 volt drill up to that !1

  • First of all, crank at too high a rate and youll wind up with stovepipes and cracked cases etc. probably. No, you cant put motors on em. remember the guy in science class that always wanted to copy your paper? Ya all asking so many stupid questions is just depressing. Go read the damn law. this is probably the stupidest thing ive seen for 1022s. The best thing about it is its not permanent, and it makes you buy 2 1022s. So when the novelty wears off you can just hold 1 rifle in each arm.

  • A larger wheel would take some of the awkwardness out of cranking it. It seems uncomfortable. Id like to see this cranked at a higher rate, which would also be easier and more fluid motion with a larger wheel.

  • I sell the Gatling gun trigger conversion kits for 2 for 99.00 +11.00 shipping paypal only, all sales include a shipping confirmation number. These are cheap and work awesome on 1022 , marlin, and most semi autos, email fastcars43@yahoo.com to get a PayPal invoice to get your orders in today, I also offer bulk buy discounts

  • lol .44

  • the crank needs to be larger and smoother, yes?

  • it is probably fun to defend your house with one of these

  • so it's just like 2 guns? :o

  • Looks more like a Salvo gun to me。

  • id love to see someone make one of these for an SKS

  • is this technically a semi-auto?

  • @acepilot1997

    yes.. well 2 semi-autos

  • @acepilot1997 all ruger 1022s are semi auto

  • do you need a license for this gun

  • @rkshirey

    did you listen?

  • @rkshirey No. It's a do it yourself at home kit that anyone can purchase.

  • @rkshirey no

  • looks cool but I can pump them out faster with my finger

  • dont they sale this at cabelas.com ?

  • Not a Gatling gun. Gatling style guns have rotating barrels where each barrel has its own bolt assembly.

  • @KorGaraak

    wrong

  • @GunWebsites is this video at pema county rang in tucson arizona

  • @teamplayers3

    yup, a few years ago

  • @GunWebsites i live 10 minuts away

  • @blackcabal Not necessarily six barrels. The mingun has (M134 Dillon, 7.62), but the in general a gatling is just a rotary barrel gun. This means that this is not a gatling, and whoever stating so is wrong.

  • @blackcabal You are wrong and you are right. Imagine that those barrels ARE rotating. If you reverse it and rotate the apparatus but leave the barrels still, that's what's happening.

  • To everyone, technically it is not a Gatling gun, as a true Gatling gun has (usually six) rotating barrels. But this is operated via crank, so if you're bitching about this not being a Gatling gun, WHAT WOULD YOU CALL IT?!

  • @FrozenKoolAidDude A pair of ruger 10-22s with a common cranked trigger activator.

Call it a "Dave" for all I care... it has nothing to do with Gatling's rotating barreled weapons.

  • @Heathh49008 Mm, 'A pair of Ruger 10/22s with a common cranked trigger activator' isn't very catchy... how 'bout 'ApR10/22wccta'?

  • @Beardybean

don't post it on our video..

have fun in jail.. 10 years per offence, I bet this would get you two, since it's two guns

in 20 years let us know if it was worth it

  • junk

  • 1842 gatling gun

  • @blackcabal Yes, but the gatling part of the name refers to the multibarrels and the handcrank feature to fire this weapon even though they do not rotate.

  • crap

  • I could hand this up and fire multiple times without terrible of recoil!

  • Shooting starts around 2:38

  • 1:36 for shooting

  • Needs a larger handwheel, if you ask me.

  • lol!

  • im thinkin bout building one can u use a right and left hand ? or just 2 rights?

  • i am interested in purchasing some TI ruger items and waned to know your opinion on them and did you buy this from the site?

  • Good basic idea guys. Now replace those cam lobes with a multi-lobe wheel on each end of the crankshaft. Set them up to be timed to alternate like the simple single lobes you have now. Perhaps 3 lobes on each end setup 120 degrees apart. That would give you a 6 round burst per revolution! The guns will keep up easily. Good luck and keep up the good work!

  • Only one of the guns was firing. I'd be embarrassed to air this footage myself.

  • @dahanks1

idiot.. I would be embarrassed to type such a "fool thing to say".. LOL

  • @dahanks1 i'd be embarassed to be your parents pussy

  • @teamshameclan Keep ' em coming. I must say, that did elicit a chuckle from me.

  • @dahanks1 The bolt on the left in on the bottom, you can't see it cycling, nice try though.

  • @bosborne0 I don't neeed to see it. I built one of these and know the rate of fire when only one gun is going off. You can also see that the gun is only firing at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions. The second gun would fire at 12 and 6.

  • this is soooo gay..

  • @jtdc86

we are always interested in what experts think, thanks for giving us your opinion in the field you know best

  • the gat is good.

  • hell of lot better than "sons of guns"

  • is this considered an nfa weapon? can anyone get one?

  • @jims72

no, yes, it's just two rifles

  • @hemi57 gatling gun means hand cranked. your an idiot

  • @hemi57 the old gatling guns had the same king of "trigger" where you crank it to fire

  • Just a question. If cams will be made of plastic, or teflon, the operating will be more smooth, isn't it?

Second, if the crank will be bigger, and everi barrel got two cams, the firerate will be higger?

    Thanks lot.

  • To slow shoting

  • @GunWebsites

nice, i mean, don't disprove anything i say, just jump to insulting my name

  • @CopperLeagueGaming

Don't stop and think that this is a device named by who ever made it, just jump to scolding us for making a video about it..

  • Come on people ruger is american made. I loved shooting the 10/22 as a kid an as an adult. I thought about getting the gatling conversion for fun. Anyone who enjoys firearms has some kind of fun little gun like this.

  • I will tell this one and one thousands of times: USA PEOPLE KNOWS HOW TO GET FUN.

    Greetings from Argentina

  • banana clip!

  • Why all the bitching in the comments?

  • @blackcabal your thinking of the dillon Machine gun.

  • swap the crank with a electric motor and well be in buisness!

  • @blackcabal not quite, the development of the Gatling is based on a cyclic multi-barrel design allowing high firing rates without overheating with constantly rotating barrels. This does not necessarily mean ithas to have 6 barrels ;) That's is what a Gatling gun is since the days of the Civil war. In this case, it would be a misrepresentation. you are correct.

  • @blackcabal this in the video is not a gatling gun.

  • instead of cranking it my hand, Can you atach a AirSoft Rifle fireing Motor to it and shoot???

  • The kit looks absolutely sick!! Unfortunately it also looks to be a complete waste of money to buy some just for looks.

  • This mechanism seems cheap... Make it more heavy and put it a greater handwheel, that will be more smooth. And you should probably grease the mechanism as it whistles...

  • this kit is avalible in CABELAS for about $400, looks like a fun toy to have if you have the money to spend. It is advertized in cabelas as a gatling gun. FYI the first gatling guns were operated by hand crank and gravity fed. However the gatling gun has evolved into what we know now as a motorized fast firing power house able to destroy anything infront of it. Im sure someone will correct me and say im wrong but im just stating what i have read and seen.

  • any chance you could get a chimpanzee to use this on the back of a small red pull-a-long? that would be sublime.....

  • Ummmmmm......yeah

  • 1 crank should fire atleast 4 rounds

  • Comment removed

  • @MrSommeGuy

no one said this was a gatling gun.. thus you are WRONG.. deal with it

  • @MrSommeGuy Your a fucking fag man, You should just pull your head out of your ass and get a life, Its so sad there are people like you out there

  • @CedricMrD

OK, I just blocked you instead .. don't tell us how to run our channel

  • IS IT HARD TO CRANK?

  • Comment removed

  • @MrSommeGuy

    it's just you..

  • thats way better than the real thing! ...not

  • @blackcabal

you are wrong if you think this is a Gatling gun like what you have in mind

  • @GunWebsites The Gatling gun's operation centered on a cyclic multi-barrel design which facilitated cooling and synchronized the firing/reloading sequence. Each barrel fired a single shot when it reached a certain point in the cycle, after which it ejected the spent cartridge, loaded a new round, and in the process, cooled down somewhat. This configuration allowed higher rates of fire to be achieved without the barrel overheating. - Wikipedia

  • That was a waste of money

  • @PiRoliTo1990

If you have to ask, you don't understand

  • @PiRoliTo1990 The ruger 10/22 is a SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE...... if that means anything to you.

  • @PiRoliTo1990

Because, the wheel is doing that, it presses the two triggers one at a time, just long enough for one shot, they might even be on automatic, but you cant see that because of the wheel that you need to spin.

  • What a stupid question. There is no fire selection for this weapon because there is no gas circulation that would automatically chamber and fire another round. This is in part why it's called a "Gatling gun" because Gatling guns did not have that type of technology.

  • @PiRoliTo1990 I saw your reply about why not converting it to fully automatic..... Well lets see. You need to fabricate a gas system, lengthen the reciever, add a fire select switch, and all this is for a cheap .22LR rifle. The amount of time to make all those parts from scratch is so large. and if you can buy them pre made. It's just a waste of money. If you want an automatic. Move to a state that allows them. and fucking buy one.

  • @SocomFtb2Freak11 still, would be more effective than cranking and hitting everything but the target lol, just saying...

Ps: why are you assuming I'm from USA? lol there are more contrys in this world :P

  • looks pretty.....ah.....low tech?

  • mount on bike for best usage

  • lol i laughed hard when i saw this

  • I like when he puts the mag in at 0:37 some one says "UH OH NO".

  • Hmm, interesting, but I can empty a .45 auto at about twice that speed ( and with better accuracy ). That crank needs some serious rethinking.

  • 10 seconds of shooting = :D

3 min to load mags :/

  • Bad ass mechanical pincil sharpiner

  • made in china

  • @ally4free1

    made in Idaho

  • @GunWebsites Damned straight!

  • that crank must ruin accuracy

  • that is not a gatling gun AT all

  • Completely impractical, but cool. Thought wouldn't it be a Zwilling, rather than a Gatling?

  • it's never going to be 007's choice without some oil on the crank :P

  • they realize this isn't 1800s right lol jk cool

  • That thing looks nuts!

  • How much did the gun coast?

  • that is really slow

  • @SarntBullPup72

you shoot blanks.. what an idiot, you are blocked

  • I always wanted one of these but now that i see it running, i'm kinda dissapointed. I bet you could just add some more lobes to the cam and it would fire much faster.

  • i like it!

  • wheel seems kind of sticky....

  • go faster .that is awsome i have two rugers and i think I will get one cool

  • I dont always use legality technicalities, but when I do I prefer them with guns.

  • rc airplane aa gun lawl lol

  • awesome

  • Why not use multiple came lobes where there is more than one pull of the trigger per revolution?

  • It's a nonsensical overpriced contraption.

  • @davsha72

    Opinionated narrow minded comment

  • @GunWebsites Nonsensical overpriced contraption. But damn I bet it was fun, huh. Keep up the goodwork guys! :)

  • @davsha72 You just got owned.

  • @davsha72 no it's not...should there be zounds of rats attacking this is the weapon of choice!

but that's also just another opinionated narrow minded comment...

  • @davsha72 yeah yeah..... it wont be that after the zombie apocalypse

  • @rinseoutdrycleaner Good luck taking down something that can't feel pain with a .22

  • @davsha72 the point is not efficiency, its badassery

  • @kirielvids

    well said

  • That is one of the stupidest things iv ever seen

  • you know this looks really cool but i gotta say i ca pull the trigger faster than i could that still would be neat to have if you had multiple 10/22s

  • talk about unsteady full auto
