Happy memories! As kids and when it was called 'Mudcott', we used to try to walk from there to saltash Passage when the tide was out. Nearly got caught out at one point!!

Used to walk my dog down here & as a baby I climbed out of my pram & took a wonder neck high into the water!! :o)
