  • @homies1505 What do you mean?

  • how much sound is in each ear phone i.e 7.1 surround or sumfin

  • @T1PA7K Just stereo

  • Anyways, how good is the sound quality, compared to Turtle Beach x12s? Good, no? Bad, no?

  • PLEASE REPLY TO THIS: Hey man Will the Mic work for the computer aswell?. cos i play alot of team co ordinated games and i need communication with my teamates in Leagueof legends / world of warcraft / Call of duty things like that. plz reply :D

  • @vExtracTz I haven't tried them myself. You'd need a long 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable to plug in from the headset to the computer.

  • is there any way i can connect it to my PC i love it my Xbox I'd just rather have it on my computer and if u can make a vidoe on how to do it please thank you in advance

  • @xxPwnagexxDaggerfall Yes you can use it to listen to music from your PC. Just plug in a 3.5mm standard audio cable from the green sound port on your PC to the wireless transmitter.

  • @dazz4590 thankyou love ur vids

  • i got these head phones but i think mine are just duds i get a looooooooot of static in my right speaker and when i plug it into my laptop it just makes a loud screeching noise. Dont know why, i dont have anything like a microwave or anything nearby that would mess with the transmitter but like i said i think i just got a bad pair.

  • sorry but i got confused with the ps3 part.. so it would work for a ps3 right? lol sorry just making sure before i buy something that's not accustomed to me :P

  • @NinjaSlack If you are not using solely HDMI for the PS3 then yes it will work. Your audio needs to be coming through the white and red components.

  • So I can't use my hdmi cord on my xbox if I get these?

  • Thanks for this review ive been meaning to buy this and now i will btw does it take only 2 AAA alkaline or does it also take rechargable ones?

  • @TheModernKings I'm sure it will take both

  • how do u charge it, with batteries or what?

  • @ToQwicky 2 AAA batteries

  • so my question, that im not sure if you answered already or not, is that does the Mic work for PC aswell?

    or ONLY the sound?

or maybe can i plug my 360 controller into my computer then the mic cable into the 360 controller therefor making it like the xbox?

AHH i dont know someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @xXTwilightPriestXx You could probably plug the mic into a xbox controller, then in turn the pc, havent done it myself. You could also probably find a lead that connects to the mic port in your pc and mic port in the headset and it SHOULD work. But pretty much, dont expect to use the mic on pc unless youre happy to put up with hassle.

  • how did you use it on pc?

  • @thewhatsagoodnameguy Simply plug a 3.5mm lead from the port on the wireless transmitter to the 3.5mm output from your PC

  • @dazz4590 but when i do that i only get sound in one ear

  • @thewhatsagoodnameguy Try another 3.5 cable. It works fine for me.

  • I need a new headset and im considering these. Does the game audio still work if you are using an HDMI cable???

  • when your using the headset .do u only hear the game player or music in the headphone . when your using it does people around you hear the gameplay

  • @christianpcktt9 People around won't hear much of the sound at all. You yourself hear anything coming out of the game

  • @dazz4590 does it work with ps3??

  • @HAMADTHEONE Yes it does

  • does it workfor ps3?

  • @TheCartarProject Depends how you send the audio from the PS3

  • how do i enter?

  • But does the mic work on pc? hmmm? and how? no wires? Thanks please someone reply :(

  • @CrippaLand The Mic does not work for the PC, also the mic has a wire.

  • @dazz4590 I think i figured the mic thing out, altho with a few things.

You will need an xbox 360 PC wireless receiver for PC, and still an xbox 360 controller the only wire for mic. because the mic works normally plugged into the controller for the PC, so should this because it has a wire also.

  • does it work on PC?

  • @yokiitaja1 Yes you can use it on a PC

  • i want :P

  • @eaglemufin Enter the giveaway and you could win one!

  • @jthek1 Yes you can

  • So the mic cable comes with it?

  • @ChristofferBlom Yes, see the unboxing

  • I know it says for XBOX 360 on the box but as you said it would work with pretty much anything, would it work for a PS3? great video :)

  • @harvf1 If you use the Red and White audio cables on the PS3 then yes you could

  • this was great thanks so much im getting a pair soon

  • yes. i have. that's why i have a40's

  • Thanks for the review :D I'm currently looking into going wireless now that my old headphones are slowly dying. Too bad you didn't discuss sound quality in your review ;) next to comfort that's my top priority ~

  • Hey daz good review again :} but you left out what you thought of the sound quality and id love to know how they stack up against brands such as astro and turtle beaches. If you could reply that would be great cause im seriously considering getting myself a pair of these if the sound quality is very good :}

  • i know would they work with my ps3...hdtv

  • Daz, is there a good wireless gaming headset you can recommend to me to use for the Playstation 3?

  • @danfairtexHD

Astro A40's, got my pair about a month ago.. they're AMAZING, wireless 7.1 surround sound and the ability to listen to any 3.5mm jack device and a removavle mic.

  • @0wales AKG K702's They are wired and are REAL quality headphones. They work with 1/8 inch jack and 1/4 inch. They have better soundstage than your A40's and the cost the same. Why not get real headphones instead of gaming headphones which means cheap parts?

  • @mindkilla123

they're far from cheap, they're also amazing for music

  • @0wales cheap parts, they are expensive as hell. They are still garbage though.

  • @mindkilla123 everything comes in prestige condition packaging, all well built and would never break, and has amazing sound quality

  • @0wales Prestige condition packaging? You base your purchases off of packaging? Gaming headsets were never designed for quality. They were designed to make companies as much money as possible. Astro is a trademark like apple so they make money for their name more than their quality.

  • @mindkilla123

so that's why the pro's use them? i'm sure astro don't pay them to say nice things about their headsets

  • @0wales The pro's use them because they were never introduced to real headsets. I got the k702's and within a couple days I noticed the distortion and overall garbage sound of my Tritton AX Pro's (Mind you, they have as good of a rep as astro a40's. These pro's use them because they were designed to work with the game consols. With k702's you need to do some fiddling, but it will work.

  • @mindkilla123

Ah well, I'm not regretting getting the a40's so i'm happy

  • @0wales Well you've never heard real quality so you're ignorant to it.

  • love your reviews as always Daz!
