1. why would you remove a healthy part of your body to have it replaced with implants?

2. if the teeth you were talking about are that bad that they need replacing with implants, my question is how did they get that way. As you may or may not know implant dentistry has it's "musts" and one of them is a "rigorous oral hygiene". If you lost your teeth due to the lack of hygiene there's no point in getting implants since u will most definitely loose those too, plus the money you payed the surgeon.

Thre are SEVERAL genetic problems that result in poor teeth. You also need to be HARP certified to read the xray to understand what your looking at before you judge this strangers teeth. And lastly, I spend several hours a day in peoples mouths and have seen calculus built up severely and with this person it looks like they had normal oral hygiene.

There are many circumstances. Don't make assumptions like that unless your educated in the field.

this dude has periodontitis like mad. He has lost all attachment to all of his teeth. I garuntee every one of those teeth were mobile (wiggled easily), and were basically ready to fall out the next time he sneezed. this is an awesome transformation.
