this is what I absolutely HATE about the Rails community. Not giving credit where credit is due. This guy, yaps on and on and gives the impression that HE is the creator of merb. While the truth is that Merb was actually created by someone at Engine Yard named Ezra Zygmuntowicz (sp) (see the Merb page on wikipedia). I find it distasteful that Yehud didn't have the decency or graciousness to mention the original author of Merb.

I like Katz, but man, lose that tic of saying "basically" in every other sentence. I've noticed a lot of speakers do this these days, but here Katz has it really bad. "Basically" is a non-word, don't use it.
