Jesus does Vince ever shut up saying Michaels!!! Michaels!!! Its Michaels..Shawn Michaels..sounds like he does be running out of breath sometimes either that or he is coming when he says Michaels!!!
yeah, no problem... hall did not come out with a book. he said he will when he can figure out "that happy ending". but he did a shoot interview. he had good things to say about bret as a performer in the ring. said he's sort of eccentric as a person. hall: i was in wwf for a year before bret even said "hi" to me. he also said bret's troubles on the mic may have prevented him from really getting over in wcw... controversial, yet interesting.
@OtakuJdm yeah, that would be interesting. they all seem to like him and said good things about him from before. from what i hear sid was always quite the family man. my guess is that he just wasn't as close with them as they were with each other on the road. but i really have no proof of this.
@drvn8 I also heard they offered Bret hart to join, i wonder if they did if their never would of been the Montreal screw job? oh wells all we can do now i just wonder lol
@OtakuJdm yeah, i heard that, too. but the only place i ever heard it was from bret hart's book. he said they approached him to lead the kliq. and as much as i like hart, i find this hard to believe. he tends to talk himself up a bit, and i don't see guys like nash and michaels wanting to be led around by someone else. hall seemed pretty content as long as he was getting his due. kid and hunter needed the kliq more than they needed the two of them. you heard this from a source other than hart?
@drvn8 nope ive only heard it from the same place Brets book, Michaels came out with a book didnt he? I should pick it up n see if he mentions his side of the story, cuz its true what u said about Bret, I think Bret would be to the Kliq what Hogan was to nWo lol
@OtakuJdm hahaha... i don't remember michaels mentioning anything about hart being in the kliq in his book. michaels' book was more concise than hart's; hart's was definitely more descriptive. hart did a excellent job writing his book, but you can certainly see him playing politics in his writing. michaels seems to just say it straight up. it's worth the read, for sure. hall talks about hart, too... just how he was sort of distant from him and shawn. pretty interesting...
@drvn8 Looks like i will be having to pay my local book store a visit then lol, Whoa Whoa Hall came out with a book as well? has anyone else from The Kliq taken out a book? thanks for informing me by the way
When I watch wrestling and there's a setup for an unclean finish, like a ref bump or torn-off turnbuckle, I always have a false hope that nothing significant will happen and they'll just continue the match without those things being a factor. Technically, Shawn hit the middle turnbuckle, not the top one that was exposed. So this may be one of the few matches in wrestling history where a steel turnbuckle holder is exposed and no one is thrown into it.
I wonder why this match isn't in the conversation with other great Wrestlemania matches? I really thought it was solid except Nash's powerbomb at the end was a little weak. And also.... i love Vinny Mac but he is the worst annoucer ever! Thank God J.R. took over
@narutoabridgedfan18 I agree they had a coked out nig & a Nazi for the main event & LT the coke snorting rapist nigger won wtf this^should of been the main event.
Shawn looks taller than usual here. In 1992/93 he looked short. I wish they had the actual match and not the edited made for cable version. This was when HBK really stepped out and became the stand-out performer/entertainer of the WWF. Bret ran his course. He had good moments. It was Shawn's time and Bret didn't like. He was turned face after the match cus of what happened when Nash kicked out of the superkick on one. It took the believability away and the fans took HBK's side/
When you think about it, in 1995 you'd think a great match of this caliber would be impossible because '95 was one of WWF's worst, shittest years EVER. I applaud both Nash and Shawn 4 their performance
@localherbverb789 ahh 1996 was still a good year even thiough it was the yaer that WCW took off with the NWO i still feel 96 was much better than 93, 94 or 95.....
@romans52345 Well they had Undertaker vs Big Daddy V as the main event of a bunch of ppv's, and most of their ppv's sucked, RAW was better than alot of people say though. BTW now they have alot more talent then back then, Vince just isn't pushing them (Evan Bourne, Jack Swagger, Cm Punk etc...).
Nash is the best!

Lmfao @ Vince's announcing...his announcing always made me laugh even as a child in these days
- "MICHAELS! AND! A! COVER! 1!, 2! and then no"
- "Michaels with an opportunity to finish it off, no a bit of a reversal AND! HERE!COMES! THE! CHAMPION!"
- "Michaels just a moment ago was SO! CLOSE!TO! BEING! THE! WWF!CHAMPION! NOW! WAIT! a minute"
Lol he announced as if he was like 2 people and he would go from high pitch 2 low pitch then back to high pitch then back to low pitch
