Hi,

I wrote to the State of Massachusetts where I was adopted from. I found my biological family. Not all that it is cracked up to be. Good luck to you! I am now 46 years old. I was 5 when I was taken from my home, 7 when I was adopted. Good luck to you! :) Peace be with you always. :)

Hello Robert; Ive a mate that was adopted and really wants to find her real mum etc. The poor thing has terrible issues with this that has lead to alcoholism through feelings of abandonment etc. I've tried to tell her that there are a myriad of reasons that children are put up for adoption, but she only seems to look at the darker side. How did you find out your real surname etc? Maybe if she found them, it would help to turn her life around. :o)o:

I was adopted too and recently found my biological mother as well as 2 sisters and 2 brothers. It looks like you may have found a sister, but did you ever find your birth mother and father? I found a couple who have the same names you mentioned on your video who live in Marriana, Florida

well done we need to know were we are from are identy also hade a birth name and new name on adoption not an easy journey took me a long time but feal better for searching shame on the authoritys for not providing people with history medical etc got my history from chap in a local pub dificult for others to understand dont give up.

HI Robert. You and I are in the same situation...I have posted a video response with my effort Just to get it out there more. Good luck in your journey~ I was also "adopted" 1982-83...anyway. Sounds like you found your sister, I might have a little brother! well, good luck again!

UPDATE: We have found his sister Judy and the tag along is his mother but no contact yet as we have to get in contact with the person that knows the information.
