i remember this in the Washington school back in 94 or 95 its the only reason i know how to spell L-O-W-E-L-L
i didn't know it from 1986 and why was it recorded? it nice to be back in fourth grade

I grew up in Lincoln Square...The Highlands. Never heard this song.

As for the song, you would have had to have been in one of my classes or have attended the Reilly to have learned The Lowell Song.
