  • great job, grats...

  • love it!! great pics

  • beautiful song and loved the visuals too :-)

  • Cool video. I think the best part is how you bring it all together in the end as "Have you forgotten how to love yourself" being the question. Although the suffering children were kind of a depressing point in the video, the video brings up good points in the end as to why. Nice work and interesting point of view.

  • I <3 this song, Mark Kozelek ve incredible voice...

  • Wow, I hear this version for the first time! Much slower than the album one, but soooo beautiful!

  • BuddyJesusX Lol don't listen to the pictures then

  • I prefer the up tempo version

  • no this is not the original the acoustic is the original

  • this song is killing me

  • Is this the original version of this song?. I ask this because I have heard an accustic version somewhere in you tube. Awesome post, by the way.

  • @bacardi119 i believe this was arranged for the vanilla sky soundtrack...? not 100% sure though. i definitely love the acoustic version better. not feeling this one

  • powerful, great work!

  • Red house painters - Have you forgotten

  • this song impales me......in every way.

  • I absolutely love this song...always have.

  • great job... i like it.

  • yes

  • Nice vid :)

  • really awesome video. thanks.

  • which version of the song is this?

  • SHIT SHIT SHIT!

I thought this was the song when Tom cruise follows Penelope on the streets of new york with the disfigured face.

    WTF is that song!?!?!?!?!?

Some of the chords in this song soun like the song but a little faster.

  • That is rem sweetness follows

  • bullshit. i checked. Its a nancy wilson song

  • I thought you meant when he wanders the street afterwards.Sorry dude. just trying to help.

  • just saying. know your facts before meddling.

  • Wooah wait a minute.I study the sountrack on that friggin movie.I was watching some of it last night.Meddling you call trying to help meddling. a misunderstanding of the scene dude!

Whatev? Now i know your screwin with me! your a funny guy!

  • Slow your role. Now you're really throwing a boot into the stew

  • Mmm Mmm Boot stew!!!! YUM!!!

  • It's not a Nancy Wilson song. This is the Red House Painters.

Both Nancy and the RHPs were on the Vanilla Sky soundtrack. Nancy wrote the song called "Elevator Beat."

  • That was beautiful. I love this song. You did a great job on making a video for it.

  • i cant figure out which version i like more the faster tempo version or this one. i makin a cd for my gf any suggestions? can only use one

  • defiantly the slower version off the Vanilla Sky O.S.T

  • haha im doing the same thing.

    funny coincidence eh?

  • the slower one.

  • Exceleeente, hermano!

El wey ke sale en el 2:31 esta bien guapo, presentalo, no? Hahahahaha!

    Chingon =P

  • At 1:51 WHY is that young girl naked?

  • WHY are you so stupid ?, "the video is made with pics. representing sadness..." says the author, that picture is from one US bombing with Napalm in Vietnam War.

  • I didn't know that made me "stupid" to ask, but you clearly have some unredeeming traits, don't cha?

  • It is not stupid to ask,but for sure is stupid to ask for obvious things and give more importance to the nakedness than to the pain that picture represents.

  • Who cares if kids are nude as long as it's natural? Only a pedophile would sexualize it.

  • That was just after the bombing of nagasaki. The girls clothes were ripped off by a nuclear bomb.

  • See. Thank you, an answer that was simple and didn't have any assholeness to it. Thank you Huddassc.

  • except huddassc's answer was incorrect !

That atrocity pictured there was in Vietnam during the Vietnam war,

Nagasaki was the Japanese city bombed during WW2.

And if you were not familiar with the picture,

there's no way that you would know it's origin just from watching this video since it's not identified here, so Hard88liner is the stupid one for calling you names over it .

  • Ahh. You're cool

  • those are Vietnamese children running for their lives from chemical warfare bombing of their village,

    courtesy of the US military.

A "proud" tradition now being continued on Iraqi children.

You are not stupid for not knowing this, since it was before yout time,

and the details of the picture were not disclosed in the video.

Yes these are pictures of sadness indeed,

a sadness that is most unneccesary if We the People stopped TOLERATING the FUNDING of BARBARIC WAR .

  • That was a napalm strike, and not a "chemical attack." Napalm is in essence "gelled" gasoline, though these are just layman's terms. There ARE chemicals involved, just as there are chemicals involved in the propelants of a firearm. It doesn't make it any less tragic that these people had that bomb dropped on them. I just want to point out that it wasn't a chemical atack.

  • agent orange wasnt a chemical? pretty sure it wassssssssssssssssss. sucker.

  • Are you stupid or just retarded? Holy crap, you are already ON the internet.. is it too difficult to use a simple search engine to check your facts? First off, I said "napalm" which is what that girl's village got bombed by. It was used as a quick defoliant. "Agent orange" was an herbicide used to keep the jungle from growing where it was used. The effects were farther reaching in people (cancers of various types). So, hush your little lazy, ignorant ass. The adults are talking.

  • hey retard, the original post wasnt talknig about napalm, it was chemical bombing and agent orange is just that. it was used everywhere and it had effects far more devastating then just defoliation, even if thats what it was 'meant' for. youre still a sucker. just an ignorant one too. haha

  • And if you read my reply, child, you will see that the picture the original poster was discussing was NOT from a chemical attack. It was from napalm.I would also direct you to my reply to you, wich stated that the effects of agent orange were NOT what is depicted in the photograph. Public school graduate?

  • wow, you reply on pictures, not reading. should have known. maybe ill draw you a nice picture sometime so you can understand this better. probably not though, you obviously never graduated any school. unlike myself, who is far superior to you. so superior in fact that you arent worth anymore of my time. later loser.

  • Ok.I will use small words for you, since you obviously have no reading comprehension. The post I replied to was talking about a pic-ture. I said that pic-ture was not a chem-ic-al at-tack. It was a na-palm at-tack. Read the whole post. YOU brought up agent orange. And now I am done talking to your undereducated ass.

  • it's really a song that i really love

  • really? haha sorry I had to.

  • They should hire you. Beautiful.
