  • People tend to worship and admire someone that makes them laugh or deliver the goods. This is regardless to the fact that they were nasty as a parent and left a few bucks to their child in a will whilst having millions in the bank. Sellers was far from being a good person. He only acted like one.

  • This is so amazing to see him go through all those voices!

  • I loved the 'american' voice at 2:28. It had me in stitches.

  • That segment concerning the filming of Lawrence of Arabia and Alec Guinness's subsequent giggling is masterfully delivered.

  • peter seller one of the greatest comedians ever existed , RIP

  • i love parkinsons interviews. There are only 4 people i hve seen on his show who left him in complete stitches...Peter sellers, peter cook, Joan Rivers and Paul O'grady. Paul o grady and joan rivers were just insane. !

  • its so lovely to hear some people talk. hes so funny imitating alec guiness

  • @YmandrakeY Very true, but it is better to be informed than it is to live in blissful ignorance..

Expect if you had a teenage daughter about to be married you would be grateful that you had been informed of the future son in laws love of violence towards women and children and drink or drug problems before hand..

Ian brady was also a very trouble man, and needed help but had no special talents so ended up killing children along with his girlfriend.

  • Peter sellers was a Nasty piece of work in real life and a nightmare to work with, great actor but a complete bastard in real life, think he also beat his kids and wife, then went on tv to do an interview

  • @kevinturvy It is called MENTAL ILLNESS. He had hatred towards himself, and as so often happens, that was often projected on to the people around him.

  • Thanks, really enjoyed the interview. Yeah, Parkinson can at least let the guy tell a story and not be running his mouth ruining it. Peter Sellers was a great talent, I can't think of anyone today that even comes remotely close to him.

  • its kind of weird.. he's dead, but it's like he's alive on the screen.

  • I've seen him, I've seen him, I've seen him!

  • i would've loved to smoke some weed with sellers, he's so fuckin awesome

  • Fantastic!, one of the greatist talents this country has ever produced!

How many of today's plastic "artistes" could recall real-life anecdotes and stories like this?

We shall not see his like again.

  • Peter was one helluva story teller! :)

  • If Peter was to do that Indian accent today on a chat show he'd be some trouble lol

  • It's amazing how much political correctness has gone over board now... Sellers wouldn't last if he had this attitude today, how sad.

  • @CaptainTenacity Yes it is! :)

  • The Legend that is Peter Sellers (RIP), Courtesy of Neville Bardoli Esq

  • Search youtube for "Goon Show - African Incident" for more Alec Guinness impression by Peter Sellers.

  • respect to peter sellers

    rip

  • One good thing about Parkinson. He lets his guests do the talking. Larry King can't let anyone talk for 30 seconds without jumping in.

  • @DejectedPanda too true. from about 4:10 to 9:18 he didnt ask questions, he just let sellers talk.

we need more of this today.

  • You should check out his peter lorre impression in the previous part of this interview. It's brilliant!
