@kenneth2051 Hey, thanks! Glad you're enjoying the full spectrum of my vids, it's always great to hear when my viewers find the enjoy more than one thing I do. :) I'd like to do DS2, just not entirely sure yet - YouTube's been coming down hard on gaming vids lately, and I'd hate for it to be an issue. We shall see...
OMG I lo~ve Count Duckula. It's too bad that only one season was released in the US. I plan on ordering the complete series from amazon UK. :) Hocus Pocus is another great halloween movie for kids.
i remember that there was a little vhs movie that had the classic monsters such as dracula the frankenstien monster and the wolfman fighting off like some of the more scarier ones i think ones based off of jason pinhead and one that i thought really kicked ass alien wich i see now is a BIG ASS resemblence of the alien from alien infact one of the kids at my shcool went as the alien and he woulde pull a rope and the touge thing would pop out he won the costume contest
are you affraid of the dark , goosbump monster house .... no ofence kk you are doing a dvd review for old show loll ther amazing new one like monster inc and monster vs alien or chicken little lolll ok yours all about halloween it self but lets talk about the simpson special halloween loll hihihi or the little vampire the movie or the series or the best abracadabra daaaa hihihi anyways still a good show loll hehehe
I wouldn't recommend the Simpsons ones for kids, they can be a bit intense for the little ones. But for big kids and grownups, for sure! They're some of my fave Halloween shows, by far. But obviously I can't mention everything ever made ever in one video, it would be 20 hours long! So I just focussed on a few faves from my collection.
Count Duckula is actually a Spin-Off of Danger Mouse, He was a Villain in two episodes, he also spoke with a stutter in those 2 episodes, Which was based on Ronnie Barker, Who was the comedy Partner of David Jason (Who Voiced Danger Mouse)
Loved Garfield, Count Duckula & Erie Indiana as a kid & who doesn't love The Peanuts?! It's The Great Pumpkin Carlie Brown is actually on ABC tonight at 8 EST.
You have a child!? but this goes against my long held, firm and undying belief that you are a gay fat homo virgin loser who lives in his mom's basement! DAMNIT!! You must be lying.
Oh, and you should really show your kids the precautionary tale of "It". They'll love it!
Lol! It's okay folks, this is a loooong running joke with me and Stoud, from my Friday chatroom. We find it amusing that haters seem to say the same damn things over and over again, so it's become something of a running joke. :) Stoud is firmly rooted in my cool books!
if u were talking about Ghostbusters u forgot ghostbusters the next generation with a retired Egon that was a professor and he recruited some his students. I mentioned this cuz its ghostbusters and they have a guy in a wheelchair which is kool cuz im in a wheelchair which is really rare to do i think
You mean "Extreme Ghostbusters." Ezxcellent series, I have the whole thing on VHS. I just kind of lump that in with Real Ghostbusters, since it really is just a direct continuation of RGB.
If you want to scare the kids, show them RETURN TO OZ (1985), Labyrinth (1986) is another great one for the little sprogs to see. Show the kids GREMLINS & GREMLINS 2; always a big hit with youngsters and early teens.
i love the twilight zone and have been trying to get hold of erie indiana for ages ,still searching... have you ever seen the simpsons treehouse of horrors i love them i think me liking all these shows has something to do with me watching scooby doo since only weeks old
Eerie Indiana came out in 1991. It was brought back in repeats from time to time, that might be what you're thinking of. There was a sequel series called Eerie Indiana: The Other Dimension which aired in 1998.
Are you Afraid of the Dark started in 1992, the original pilot was 1991. Goosebumps (the TV series) started in 1995.
I liked Are you Afraid of the Dark. Dangit, we have the First Season DVD set too...shoulda dragged that one out too. Oh well, there's always next year... :)
I thought you were going to forget Its A Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown in the video until the end of the video. Thats a classic I used to watch a lot. Still do sometimes.
You can't go wrong with Scooby-Doo. Thats a classic!
HEY ZARANYZERAK, do you have [The Fly Collection] which features the original Fly movies that can entertain Rosie? Also do you have [David Cronenbergs The Fly] just for you?
v Ernest might bee kind of scary for a kid under 6 or 7, I remember that troll use to freak me out :) Still one of my favorite movies along with Ernest Saves Christmas, though. "I know what we need, Vern. Bolt cutters!" classic stuff.
Nice selection, Shaun. Kudos for including Count Duckula, it's unknown wearever or not there's actually any demand in North America for the releases of series 2, 3 and the 7 episode, series 4. Who knows one day if I can afford it, I could import you the sets. :D

Or have them watch Michael Jackson's 'Thriller'.
Which my parents made me watch and I feared the lighter dark-skinned orange-red-jacketed MJ ever since.
I only became able to stare the werewolf-MJ and green-faced zombie-MJ in the eye the last years.
Hm, do I have a real suggestion for scary children's shows though...
I'd say, once again, 'Scooby Doo' of course, but I bet you'll mention that... as I continue to watch...
Yeah, there you go. :D

Apparently Count Ducular was originally a guest villain in Danger Mouse.
Hang on, didn't "are you afraid of the dark" and Goosebumps come out in the mid 90's? I thought Eery Indiana only came out in the 2000's
