  • solo un mendigo golpe, para que me quieren enseñar 20 series en un minuto, mediocres sin razonamiento

  • GOOD STUFF!

  • nice man....

  • thats some cool shit right there....

  • THATS SYSTEMA

  • These punches may look sissylike, but I'm pretty sure that with the relaxation and heaviness combined with the speed, that they are absolutely lethal.

  • Haha, not bad at all :D

  • did you study systema as well?

  • man... i love this.... T.T

  • Holy F that shet was so fast i missed the first punch

  • Cool.

  • hammer fists are great. When you stick the strike it feels much worse than a straight punch.

  • can he even see his own hands when hes hitting someone? lol

  • is he australian or english cant really tell :[

  • cool stuff.

  • great Performance. he looked like he had a lot of mind to mind reflex training.

  • nice

  • The term 'martial' means 'war,' and in any war, you use the right tool for the right job. 'Iron shirt' is a type of conditioning to strengthen the body for/against blow during HAND-TO-HAND combat. True chinese martial artist (although admittedly few and far between) understand the true principles behind the poems.

  • Correct. Basically when you condition the bone in the body, you create small fractures in the bones. after the fractures heal, the bones become a bit thicker. this continuous process strengthens the bones, and making it so that the force they could produce, could be the equivalent of being hit by a car at 20MPH

  • When you say small fractures, that's a bit of an understatement. Microscopic fractures, is more like it. Most of these "fractures" are happening at a chemical level and can't even be seen through a microscope. Fractures probably isn't the right word, but to be honest I can't think of a better word for it. In medicine, this ability for bone to adjust over time to progressive changes in use, is called Wolff's law.

  • @BlackDice572 if it cant be seen through a microscope then it aint occurring ;-)

  • "Iron shirt taken to it's logical conclusions was unfortunately and tragically demonstrated in the boxer revolt" There's nothing logical about pitting 'magical body armor' against bullets,... which should tell you the mind state of the so-called 'boxers' of the revolt. The truth is,.... the fanatics to which you refer, was made up of majorly non-martial ability wielding superstitious peasants.

  • @darkie1973 lol iron body isn't meant for blocking bullets. you have to be a mental retard to think that. it conditions the body to take punches. it's just body acclimation.

  • somewhat resembles russian systema...

  • yeah that's what I thought. very relaxed joints. combine a locked wrist with that relaxing and you've got a systema punch

  • man lightning speed was an understatement

  • screw that haha that guy is dangerous

  • see? never mess with an aussie XD

you will get fucked up BAD

  • Aussies have an amazing ability to throw stubby cans :)

  • what styal is this.

  • nice - though he may be covered though, overhand right could defently come down on him hard in that position imo

  • "fullstop"--you meant to say "period"?! :-)

  • hes an aussie, we dont say that here

  • that was awsome all he did.

    well, just nice.

  • idk about "fastest" per say but they definatly are fast! we do alot of hammer/ swing punch in Hung gar. totally good stuff, props :D

  • Great video!

    5 shuriekn stars!

  • that guy is fast lol. wouldn't be a good idea to fight him without gun :X

  • I wouldn't want to fight him WITH a gun

  • wouldnt you break your hand doing that

  • Yes you can, but if you know how to control your chi with you meditations, your body feels like steel.

  • oh thats cool

  • Yeah i know you should look up Chi Meditations.

  • Though chi can play a role, it takes many many many years to actually use it to protect your body as in Iron Shirt used by the Shaolin. He is actually using certain parts of his hands and arms to strike being careful not to strike with the weak points along the joints. This is just a product of simple hand and arm conditioning. I should know because I take Kung Fu as well (including Drunken) and we work very hard to be accurate with these types of strikes. Happy to see u believe in chi though :)

  • Strong chi can be attained by regular exercise and cardio-work outs. But to manipulate chi is through meditation and Gung Fu. You train drunken? cool! I train dizzy, high and a little stoned. LOL!

  • i agree re. hand and arm conditioning and importance in technique and relaxation; personally I don't believe ideas of Chi help anything at all... 'Iron Shirt' taken to its logical conclusions was unfortunately and tragically demonstrated in the Boxer Revolt...

  • Chi is bullshit. You can't protect your body with chi. Anyone who tells you otherwise is full of shit. Bones are not somehow above physical laws.

  • Lol, I don't think you quite understand what they're all on about :)

  • YEAAAAAA!! KIA AAAIIIIIII!!!

  • No.

WXD hammer first is basically the idea of throwing the punch from any angle with a loose arm and transferring power on contact, greatly aided by huge amounts of speed and momentum, it's not only an overhead swing as is naturally assumed on hearing the term 'hammer fist'. It's like a metal ball on the end of a length of rubber - as Marko says.

Also, WXD students through steel hand condition their hands to be almost impervious to injuries. I doubt someones skull would injure their hands.

  • aha, you ever punched someone in the forhead? Didn't think so....it hurts and i don't care how much conditioning you have..fact is your hand has alot of easily breakable bones

  • you must be sick

  • No.

They do steel hand conditioning. They can slap river stones and make them break (harder than bricks). They can lay a household brick onto a concrete slab and crack the brick in two with a hammer fist (different to other Martial Arts breaks where they have two bricks about 15cm apart them a brick bridging them, making it much easier to break).

  • FAST.....NOT JK he is quick but i seen some bald guy do it faster check it up you will see him if you type fastest hands LOL

  • I think this guy is from sydney.

  • awesome technique!

  • wow, nice movement, gud vid.

  • this is bloody nuts. Marko's the one on the left right?

  • i like the elastic look of his punches yet theres still power in them, very interesting!

  • Sometimes a fast stunning strike is useful because it will give you enough time to utilise a more powerful technique afterward. This is a common and fairly effective method in quite a few of the arts.

  • where is this guy from? this is wicked looking

  • WOW!!! This is just what I've been looking for..

  • It looks pretty good

  • Watched the clip a few times now and that big guy has some huge hits on that mit. I'd hate to be on the recieving end of one of his hammer throws!

  • I'd like to see the big guy cop some hits. Good clip though!
