Anybody beside me ever feel you woke up in some kind of parallel world where it looks like the one you were born into, but all the rules are now scrambled, reason and common sense are nonexistent, and idiocy rules? This is another example.
And by, "clear violation of his privacy," I really mean YouTube's eagerness to cowtow to the greater Muslim community at the expense of the atheist and skeptical minority.
Remember kids, if it ain't popular, it ain't profitable!
Even "Free" speech has a price when that free speech is doled out by a corporation.
Oh, that is choice, isn't it? Isn't it completely delicious? Someone posts a video of themselves talking, and claims "privacy" when someone else shows their face (the same video in fact) on YouTube. Too Sweet, I tell ya.
'image or personal information without their consent'
By uploading a video on Youtube you have given consent for anyone to repost the images you uploaded in the first place. If this were not so then every news station that has played a Youtube video would be in violation.
If my vid is still up in a couple of weeks (allowing for YouTube to take their sweet time) we can assume I did nothing wrong. Should be interesting. :)
When you sign up for a youtube account there is a long agreement dont just click yes and next ....read it ....!!!

....they gave their consent to have their image shown, when they posted the image themselves.

Oh! Premature posting. That is classic! I should always wait until the end to post.
