The biggest was only 10lb 8oz, we even weighed it with two different scales as we both thought it looked bigger.

And you actually pay to fish for them? These fish are EVERYWHERE why don't you just go to a local canal and fish for them.

I will pay to have carp removed from the water! I hate carp. Carp are trash and only good at fighting. They wipe out our native species and destroy the water quality. They are doing what they did to England, to Canada and America, DESTROYING THE FISHERY!

Why don't you come to Canada and watch me break the necks of every carp I catch and throw them back in to die slowly!

You don't know what the chocolate is. You throw away the good and you eat the wrap !!!! Carp is a ver tasty fish + it fight a lot, giving a lot of pleasure fishing + it's one of the smart species of fish, making it difficult to catch sometimes. What more do you want ? Stupid & easy to catch fish ??? Then go to the store and buy a dead one and put it in your rod. You are used to fish that hookes it'self and gets out of the water by it's self :). Carp are garbage fish...........You british love carp so much, it's sad really. I'm very sad for you.....The reason all you have is Carp is because Carp took over all your natural habitat and wiped out the other native fish. And you thank Carp for it? A fish you can't eat, can't keep, can't do anything with. Wow you have real Variety too! CARP CARP CARP! AND MORE CARP! Wonderful....Think about what this fish has done to your waterways. Thats the top pond at Slade's cross in pembroke. I learnt to course fish there.

I live in pembroke mate and all I can tell you after having asked around is that it's known either as Slades Cross or Farrents Pond. The memorial you showed on the video has the name Simon farrent. He used to own it but sold up and moved on. Some lady looks after it now and she isn't to friendly, But she has cleaned it up. Was in a hell of a state a few years ago.

The Lake is Called Cosherstone that was my first ever nightfishing session. Fantastic Pools

Top Lake the biggest Carp in their that i ever seen caught was a 24lb Mirror. The Bottom Lake was about a 18lb Common im not sure if anyone has caught bigger fish their write back thanks!

Cosherstone is the village it's in, it's not the name of the ponds. High twenties have come out of the bottom pond. 24lbs Big for the top pond, I'll ask around and see what the records are.

Sorry for the late reply, I know the fish looks massive and it was, but for some reason it was pretty light for its size , it weighted in a 10lb 8oz.

i've fished this venue, its a great laugh, and SO shallow! best in a warm afternoon, the whole lake is up for surface feeding.

You should have used an unhooking mat for that last fish instead of just dumping it on the mud!

The last fish was unhooked on an unhooking mat and weighed in a wet weigh sling, but this cut from the final video as it was almost 14 minutes longs.
