@gymnastics2live OMG! I know how you feel! Spotters are so helpful! Start by letting them carry you pretty much the whole way. Then gradually have them help you less and less!
i know how 2 do a strong bridge and a good back walk over im flexible enough BUT when i land on my hands i dont know how 2 make my legs straight up so i land on one side :s like i dont jump my legs up and straight just jump land on my hands and fall ive been trying 2 do it for like 8 months now its not working any ideas how 2 work this out ? plz

She can do a front layout, tuck, handspring, roll and anything front, but all she can do backward is a roll & she can do a bridge but not fall in to it. She deosnt trust her back that well. Help or advice?
@AquaTeal23 Okay, you say that she can't fall into a bridge. Before back handspring, help her with this. Spot the same way but all she is doing is falling back. This will help with wrist strength, and that's all you can do until she is more comfortable to do a back walkover and kick her legs over. Once she can do that, her strength in back, wrists and hands will be a lot better. So pretty much, practice backbend kick over's a lot. (: Good luck!
@clogger9293 If you live in the northern hemisphere, in December you'd get snow (probably) or cold, frosty weather. In the southern hemisphere, where Gymnastix09 lives (New Zealand) Summer is cold and Winter is hot. So you could go to the beach in the middle of January and get a tan, but in July, you'd have to bring an umbrella with you to the shops. :)
@MsKylaDawn They are really scary! I know what you mean! I've quit gymnastics now and do dance and cheerleading but when I did gym, I always under-cut too! Sorry! (:
