AJ is barely the main singer, because, they usually sing about equal parts on most songs. AJ has never been a lead actor in any movie or tv series, except in the movies she co-starred with Aly. On the other hand, Aly has been one of the main leads in two seasons of Phil of the Future, the movie Bandslam and has recently co-starred in two movies (The Roommate)(Easy A) to be released in 2010. AJ has had supporting roles and bit parts and a very small role in Lovely Bones.

AJ’s acting career, in 2009 she had a role in The Lovely Bones, a film by Peter Jackson with Mark Wahlberg and Saoirse Ronan, in which AJ played the best friend of the main character Susie Salmon. In 2010 Amanda appeared as Kate Tweedy in Secretariat, a film from a true story about the horse which won the Triple Crown in 1973. Next AJ has been chosen for the new upcoming film by Steven Spielberg, Super 8, due to be released on June 10, 2011.

@munzizz You saying AJ is better doesn't make it true. AJ had a few short scenes in The Lovely Bones(2009) with an on screen time of less than 5 minutes. Aly had the major female role in Bandslam(2009). While AJ had another small supporting role in Secretariat. Aly had two significant costarring roles in Easy A and The Roommate. AJ still, has never had a lead role, in any movie or TV series, when not costarring with Aly. Hellcats is the second TV series, in which, Aly has been one of the leads.

@munzizz @Munzizz AJ's character, Kate Tweedy, is a family background character in Secretariat. Taking her out of the film would not change the basic action of the movie at all. Aly's character, Rhiannon, is a catalyst for everything that happens in Easy A. It is because of Rhiannon, that Olive tells the first lie about having sex, and that lie leads to all the rumors, which are at the core of the movie. Aly was nominated for Best Female Breakout Star for Easy A for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.

i do know how to distinguish their voices..i've been to 4 of their concerts and their voices are nothing alike so its not hard..apparently you have them backwards, either the names or the voices..watch a live video
