  • I luv this show since I was a kid and still like it da show is worth watching

  • That guy on the table at the start sounds like Fry.

  • "Brethren, let the procedure begin"

  • J.N Kline= R. L Stine.

And also Garrett's voice actor does voicing for Skyrim.

    >>>-----KNEE---->

  • @ballbuster53 And he was in Fallout New Vegas as a badass sniper.

  • ... In the cold open... was that the guy who does the voice of the red M&M?!

  • @yotan46 sounds like Philip J Fry to me.

  • @yotan46 >> More like an adult Doug Funnie.

  • I used to think this was one of the scariest episodes...

  • @iwannafishy Me too, freaky as a kid.

  • J.M. Kline = R.L. Stine

  • Cannot believe what I seen in the intro

  • DAMN WTF WAS THAT AT THE BEGINING dude this show kicks ass.

  • the 90's toons were the best days in my childhood days!

Damn i miss those times... whether its humor or creepy!

the opening of this show is simply rocks! :D

  • @SBTD911 Ive said this a hundred times, on hundred videos. but here I ago again

  • @darkservantofheaven THE 1990s FRIGGEN RULED!

  • this episode always creeped me out the most

    classic stuff

  • 5:55 that waiter guy's badly drawn acting is as lousy as it's voice actor. haha awesome!

  • "You read J.N! Kline?"

    "You read?"

    Lmaorh

  • I like how Garrat(wheelchair dude) was actually a well designed character, earlier in the 90's he would have been....bad

  • They'd never get away with this stuff nowadays!

  • jimmy need a cell phone Bad

  • Oh, i bet she is a squealer in the bedroom..

  • @plainlake who does the squeling, her or you?

  • @thedragonsworld the giant worm..

  • This episode is more scarier in finnish dub. "Seuraava!"

  • @Niisuttaja joo nelonen epäonnistu tuomaan tän sarjan takas he näytti englannin kielisiä jaksoja miksi?

Tän suomensi yks parhaimista dubbi tiimeistä

voisivat edes julkasta suomen kielisen dvd boxin

ps minä osaan sen paljon paremmin lue vaikka ''(((Seuraava)))!''

  • Are they supposed to be like cenobites?

  • LMAO!!! IS THAT A TALKING ASSHOLE??!!

  • @mrrehab84 There's nothing funny, in my opinion, about such a thing

  • i had to sleep with the covers over my everyday for a month after watching this episode >>

  • Billy West?

  • hey thats Fry´s voice from futurama, the gyt on the table

  • can someone tell who was the artist re-did this song?

  • I watched this when i was seven.Scariest episode ever clearly based on Clive Barker's Hellraiser as Crainiac is based on Pinhead and the Varthac on the Cenobites, creepies me even now that i'm 22 years old because every time i see it i remember Pinhead and his brethren (Although Clive Barker never named him, the movie crew did).

  • Can you say 'Pinhead'?

  • You know what. This episode creepied me out and gave me nightmares when I was 5. Im 19 and its still freaky as hell

  • Roland=Carlton!

    What a CILF Kylie was!

  • Sheesh, just imagine if Horror film villains suddenly came to life.

  • 'If you're seeing things running through your head, who you gonna call?' surely some form of psychiatrist? That sounds like schizophrenia...

  • in superman thers a braniac in ghostbusters theres a craniac

  • Comment removed

  • Was this meant to be a kids show?

  • @xExemplary yes, unfortunately for kids this episode is based on the universe of Hellraiser and is the scariest episode on the series. Even if you tone it down, basing an episode on a terrific horror movie with a monster that says "I will tear your soul apart" can only lead to a scary story (a very good one though).

  • @TheSpawnfan i watched this when i was 6 7 or 8 3/4 of the series weirded the fuck out of me

looking back though makes you wonder how did this get away with being for kids if it scared them stupid

  • @cole003f Who knows? weird things like this happen sometimes. I'm still tryng to understand, for example, how a bond girl could be named Pussy Galore, or how did this name get past censorship

  • @TheSpawnfan the name crainiac ?

  • I just noticed that the horror novelist (a character in the story) is named J. N. Kline, while the actual producer of the series is Jeff Kline! SELF INSERTION!!!

  • R.L. Stein came out with the Goosebumps series during this decade. I think I didn't really care for the series anymore by 1997.

  • I had countless nightmares after watching this episode when I was a kid!!!!!

  • i remember this episode when i was little and still hate it aaaaaaaaaah!

  • I guess my friends were right. Most cartoons before 2000 are much better that todays cartoon. I mean fanboy and chum chum, lame

  • whoever wrote this episode was WAY too into Hellraiser in the beginning...seriously hooks on chains? REALLY?

  • Garrett Miller, don't give up your day job. Leave it to a bad writer to insert himself as a Mary Sue in such a blatant matter.

  • nice

  • Since when is gore okay for a children's book?

  • @sparkshark789 The fictional author is an obvious parody of R. L. Stine, the author of many of the Goosebumps series. This is a send-up of Stine and his work.

  • What the hell are cenobytes doing in a Ghostbusters cartoon?

  • @Lazarus1095 Dunno how this made it past the radar either.

  • must be ADULTSWIM

  • Man I missed this show, I didn't realize it until now

  • reminds me allot of the hellraiser films... with the chains in the beginning and the obsession of mutilation.

  • @RzrEDGE42 >> Yep, a good deal of that. Also an homage to IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS.

  • J.N Kline. R.L Stine. Get it.

  • those guys at the begging remind me so much of the cenobites in hellraiser. they kind of look like them and they have the same attitude about flesh

  • O em gee, I used to love this sooo much! I used to wait until 11 pm at night just to watch this!!! I think I'm addicted to it nao.... :3 I love this episode, I love Rage too.

  • Great....the opening was a bit DISTURBING.....hell THAT'S Y THEY CALLED IT EXTREMEEEEEEEEEEEEE GB...XD

  • Dude, that first part was incredible. That was a Disney cartoon, bro!

  • @AWKMARIOfan what was a disney cartoon? GB?

  • @obed1g1 Yeah.

  • this episode is kind of like Hellraiser crossed over with John Carpenter's In the Mouth of Madness.

  • cool video anybody want to sub for if u do just comment me back on my page

  • "Jesus Wept"

  • the voice of the green ghost that eats alot is also the voice of fry from futurama, so i guess he just fill in a characters voice lol

  • @brianpaulson1 "The green Ghost that Eats Alot" His name is Slimer dude, he's been with the Ghostbusters Since they defeated Gozer the Gozerian, or the Destructor. and at the time Futurama hadn't been born from Matt Groening's mind yet, So Billy was still Stuck doing Stimpy from "The Ren and Stimpy Show" and if a character isn't in an episode of a series, the actor doesn't get paid, so it's likely Billy played Slimer just to keep from going Broke

  • lol "maybe he's dead" he says that in every episode xD

  • Definitely the darkest episode of the series imho.

  • "Maybe he's dead." Truly, one of the most often said and greatest quotes. XD

  • @KodamaProductions maybe his catchfrase?

  • @KodamaProductions Almost as good as

    Can I kill him?

    He's already dead.

  • Big rip off of Pin head and his crew.

  • @vboytan more of a homage that ripoff. also the author's name is J. N. Cline, who's name is obviously based on R.L Stine. also I assume his name is based on producer Jeff Kline as well.

  • hahaha is that Fry's voice in the beginning?!

  • not a squeller bow chicka bow wow

  • This is a creepy episode. I like! The only thing I would have changed is keeping the old Ecto-1 siren.

  • @mailcarrier30 damn right, leave the ecto-1 the way it was.

  • This is actually the scariest episode I think in Extreme Ghostbusters.

  • @Strepsiades14945 you're right! when i was a kid this episode used to freak me out the most!

  • @IvynTaasin It always struck me in par with Hellraiser, I wonder how Pinhead would react to Craniac? Methinks they would get along quite well :S unfortunately for us.

  • he maybe still in the containment unit along with Samhain and many others.

  • @RGBcrazy Which makes me nervous about Samhain and the Poltergiest Lord from the first series being in the opening.

  • @RGBcrazy whish that gozer and samhain and stay puft marshmellow were in XGB,

  • I sure miss marshmallow man. He doesn't appear in all of extreme ghostbusters episodes. Wonder what happen to him.

  • They butchered the show.

And how the hell is a person supposed to enjoy ANY show, with the network's logo on the screen throughout the entire episode?

  • @SinnFein4ever you do have a point it does ruine the "scariness".
