  • I would NOT want to be on the cutting table of that thing, that would be like a scene from a gorror (Gory Horror) movie!!!! Better than the 240volt tablesaw at my house for sure!

  • LOL - sorry you didn't like it. This clip is actually made from a couple of snippets that were salvaged from a 13 year old analog videotape. Most of the rest of the video, which showed the Rumely starting, driving in a parade, and getting belted up to the sawmill were unrecoverable. I also regret that it is not included here.

  • @steamcheng I enjoyed it, thanks for posting! I just bought a simular sawmill made by the DeLoach Mill Mfg about 1900, its still on the semi but man am I excited!

  • rumley dont got too much power to run that mill. At my steam fair they usually run it with a case steam engine, that barely has to work to cut logs like that. They usually use the wood they cut to refinish the old buildings they have around the fair.
