@Editorialists that kid is dumb, I'm 16 and have been riding since i was ten so if he's saying you're to young he must live in a hole. but a 21.5 might be too big for you, im 6'1 and ride a 21". I would recommend a 20.75" but its all about comfort and whatever you like, just get out there and ride bro
